This spectacular home is perfect for families and multiple couples vacations. The house is inviting, open and VERY comfortable.

It has 2 master bedrooms with king beds and 2 additional multi bed rooms for children or other guests.

The kitchen island is ideal as the family gathering place and also has a formal dining area for those special meals.

The icing on the cake is the FABULOUS rooftop deck with an endless view of Sunsets and the Ocean.

We stayed for a week during Christmas and this property was perfect for 7 adults and 2 children. The host even provided a Christmas tree! The kitchen was well equipped for everything the grandkids requested. There was also enough space for everyone to spread out. The house was also clean and comfortable. Thank you for hosting a great property!

We loved the view and even saw a pod of dolphins one morning from the rooftop. We also appreciated that when a few issues popped up, the owners quickly responded with answers and solutions.

Great Location and large open living space

The pictures of the property are great but it’s even larger inside than it seems! Clean, has everything you need to cook meals and plenty of space for the whole family. The rooftop deck is great and it’s a short walk to the pier! Great place to stay with family.

Beach Getaway

Everything was perfect. Better than we could have hoped. House is beautiful and big. Slept our Family of 8 very comfortably. Communication with the owner was outstanding and even emailed to tell us we could check in early. The top deck view is amazing. You can't go wrong by staying here

Comfy and clean

We enjoyed our visit while in town for a basketball tournament. The view from the roof top is amazing! The kids were able to use the bikes a few times to get to the sandy beach and grab coffee.

Wonderful!

Our second time staying here and will stay here again! The house is very clean and well-stocked. Parking is very convenient which is unlike many beach communities. Communication with the owners is quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Perfect for two families

This home was very comfortable for 2 familles. We had 4 adults and 3 teenage boys. There was plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a fantastic rooftop patio! The house is fully stocked, from the kitchen to the toys in the garage we had everything we needed. The communication with the owner was spot on. We would definitely recommend this home!

Absolutely Perfect Beach House

Our group of 10 couldn't have been happier! There was a spacious kitchen and common area, HUGE Master Bathroom, bikes, well-stocked kitchen with labels on all the cupboards to make it easy to find things. Even a nice crock pot, which we actually used! The beds were very comfortable and had a lot of big, comfy pillows. NOT the flat, feather kind. We loved our stay, the beach and town were really nice as well.

Perfect location for a family reunion

We (2 grandparents, 5 adult children, 2 grandchildren) spent an amazing week in this house and very highly recommend the place to others. The size of the house and the floor plan meant that we never felt crowded. The house has everything that we needed - never rented a house so well equipped before. The location is ideal with easy access to so much. Communication with owner was easy with quick responses. What more can I say? If we ever decided to do another family reunion in San Diego county we will definitely reserve this amazing house. Two thumbs up!!!

Beautiful House in Wonderful Beach Setting

We enjoyed a reunion weekend at this beautiful beach property. We were two families and had plenty of room to spread out across four bedrooms. The rooftop had a beautiful sunset view and comfortable seating. The bikes and boogie boards were a big hit with the teenagers. The location is perfect with easy access to Oceanside and Carlsbad. The hosts checked in regularly and were very attentive when we had an issue with the dishwasher. Thank you also for the lovely welcome basket!

Great stay In Oceanside

This property was perfect for a large family. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The property has everything you might need for your stay. All of the beach stuff certainly made our lives easier. The rooftop deck has an amazing view of the water and is a great spot for dinner or a late night drink. We still had to drive a little to get to a part of the beach that had good sand for the kids to play in but it was only a 5 minute ride. TJ and Diane have a wonderful place and have thought of every detail for people staying. Would love to stay again next year!

Christmas Family vacation 3 generations

The house was amazing! A perfect location, clean, well stocked, and a lot of room with TV’s in all rooms, WiFi, games, bikes, and more. It had everything you would need to visit the beach. It was walking distance to the pier and restaurants. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. If I had a question they immediately responded. The roof top area was a perfect place to relax, read and enjoy the ocean, sunrise and sunset. I would recommend this VRBO place to everyone. .

Wonderful home with fantastic views

My group of eight retired friends was thrilled with this set-up and location. We hung out at the house, enjoyed the rooftop deck, visited the local Sunset Market, ate at a couple local restaurants, and enjoyed time together for a very long weekend. I was able to reach our hosts easily during our stay, and every question or need was addressed quickly and completely. I have a feeling my group will be heading to Oceanside again in the future. Thank you so much!

Beautiful rooftop ocean view!

The house is beautiful and just as shown in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and plenty of places for the family to spread out. Also, plenty of games for the kids! We spent every morning drinking coffee and eating breakfast on the rooftop deck, best spot in the house! The only downside was the actual beach, it was not a beach you can sit on and enjoy listening to the waves. The waves crashed against the cement wall during high tide and there was little room during low tide, and all rocks! We didn’t plan on just staying at that beach so it didn’t interrupt our plans too much, just wished we could have walked the beach in the mornings.

Great Spring Break Trip

This beautiful home was perfect for our family's Spring Break Trip. Comfortably furnished, very clean, with amazing sunset views from the rooftop and Master balcony, lovely ocean sounds for sleeping on very comfortable beds with soft linens. The hosts made everything easy to find throughout the house by labeling closets and drawers. The location was centrally located so that friends and relatives from both San Diego and Orange County could drive/take the train for a day trip visit. My son, daughter and her friend had to work part of the week, and there was amply space for them to set up separate work-stations. Sea World and the San Diego Zoo are less than 40 min drives. The one drawback was that due to erosion and high tides, the only beach suitable for a two year old was a mile away, however we would definitely return again.

Rooftop views, quiet neighborhood, huge house

We came in for a long weekend as my son was graduating from boot camp down in San Diego. We loved this house. Great for a family of 9. Lots of room, beds everything. The kitchen is a great spot to gather. We also used the bikes, wet suits and boogie boards at the beach which was so much fun! The sandy part of the beach is a short walk or bike ride from the house. We watched dolphins play from the rooftop several times while we were there.

Beach Retreat - perfect for families

We started our trip with a kind message from the owner. We were two families with kids under 10 and grandparents in tow. The house was welcoming, clean, stylish, wonderfully organized and AMAZING views and location to the beach! We could not have asked for more ameneties and the rooftop deck made some serious memories. Don't wait - this is your ideal spot!
