The house was beautiful, and a great setup for multiple families vacationing together. We would stay her again! Also, Dan was a wonderful and responsive host, answering questions and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our vacation at this property! It was beautiful and had everything we could ever need. We definitely used the margarita machines!! You definitely want to stay at this property.

This house was exactly as advertised. Close to the beach, beautiful inside and out. Great privacy while still being close to everything. Pool was clean and great temperature. Host was on top of responses and super nice. Would 100% stay here again!

Nice place- nice and bright - new home - clean- Home was lacking kitchen towels and home needs larger pot. Appliances worked well…ice maker was a nice surprise.

We had a great stay at the Sparrows Nest! The home is so spacious and comfortable to fit our family of 6 adults and 4 kids... and it could have slept many more easily! Dan was a very responsive host and very kind. Having the pool and beach access was great and there were plenty of beach towels and chairs for our crew. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very neat and tidy. We loved our visit!

Beautiful and spacious beach house. Far more than what our family of five needed but was definitely a great time. Short walk to the beach. The pool was great for the kids. Communication was upfront and straightforward. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful time at Sparrow's Nest for our 3 generation group of 17 plus our dog. Great Gulf views, especially love the top deck and love the dog friendly beach. The huge great room was perfect for us. Super comfy beds. The host was very responsive. The nights were cold, in the low 40's, while we were there, so it would have been nice to have a solar blanket for the chilly pool. We would definitely stay at Sparrow's Nest again.

Great spot on the cape!

The house was above expectations, in a quiet area, great views and spot on the beach. The kitchen was fairly well equipped for cooking, which is always a must with a large group. We will be coming back here next year!!

We loved this home. We brought our daughter and nieces for a girls trip and they had an absolute blast! The home is extremely clean and well furnished. The beach is a quick walk from the house and very private and clean. Dan was great with communication and quick to provide any assistance we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Beach House

Our large family (7 adults and 8 children) really enjoyed our stay at Sparrow’s Nest. The access to the boardwalk and beach is great. We loved having a pool on property. The house was very well stocked and there were plenty of beach chairs and towels. Dan was super helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Favorite Place To Stay

We loved everything about this house…the beachfront, heated pool, beautiful views, amenities and proximity to all of our favorite places on the Cape and in town. FYI there are several flights of stairs and the walk to the beach is a good hike, but we enjoyed the extra calories burned!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We look forward to returning.

Spring Break

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family's Spring Break trip. I loved that it had a screened-in porch off the main living area and the open floor plan was great! The Sunrise was breathtaking and the beach was wonderful and quiet. The house had a great layout and plenty of room for our family. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels. Dan was super helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Visit from Cincinnati, Ohio

The house was absolutely beautiful. The views were especially breathtaking from all of the balconies. It was wonderful having a pool and easy access to the beach. If you like to fish, we were able to catch multiple fish from the beach. The restaurants on Port St. Joe were wonderful and close to the house. Wonderful Beach Getaway for a Big Group!

We had such a great experience at the Sparrow’s Nest in Cape San Blas! The house was perfect for our large family of 16—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, including an extra beach wagon which came in very handy. Beach access was super convenient—a quick 3–5 minute walk with a designated path made it easy even with little ones in tow.The layout worked well for a multigenerational group, and we appreciated the open gathering spaces as well as the privacy of multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. As with most homes in the area, there are several sets of stairs due to the elevation above the water line—just something to keep in mind if mobility is a concern.Overall, we would absolutely recommend this home to other families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully located beach retreat!
