Cette maison individuelle nouvellement construite est située dans la station de Coolidge Falls. Bien que situé dans la station balnéaire, la vue boisée et les environs confèrent à cette belle maison de vacances un sentiment d’isolement.

Au niveau de l'entrée, vous trouverez une chambre avec un lit queen size et une salle de bain complète juste devant la porte. De plus, vous trouverez à ce niveau l’accès à la grande terrasse enveloppante ainsi qu’à la cuisine principale, au coin repas et au salon avec une grande télévision à écran plat / lecteur DVD et une cheminée à bois. Voyagez à l'étage, de l'entrée à la suite parentale avec télévision à écran plat, foyer au bois, balcon et salle de bain complète avec baignoire à jets. Au niveau en dessous de l'entrée se trouvent deux chambres (chacune avec un lit queen et accès à une terrasse extérieure), une salle de bain 3/4 et la buanderie avec machine à laver et sèche-linge. Le niveau le plus bas de cette propriété spacieuse offre un grand espace ouvert et une salle de bain complète.

Profitez du club de natation, de tennis et de remise en forme du Village avec deux piscines intérieures, deux piscines extérieures, quatre jacuzzis (un extérieur), un sauna, une salle d’entraînement et 12 courts de tennis pour votre plus grand plaisir. Vous trouverez à proximité de l’équitation, du VTT, des randonnées pédestres et une balade en gondole panoramique jusqu'au sommet du mont Loon.

Sur place, vous trouverez de nombreuses activités saisonnières et toute l’année pour occuper votre temps: shopping, golf, mini-golf, parcs d’attractions (y compris un parc aquatique local), promenades en gondole / tram, attractions naturelles, ski alpin et snowboard, ski nordique raquette, randonnée pédestre, VTT, baignade en rivière, kayak, observation des oiseaux et bien plus encore.

La piscine et le club de fitness peuvent ne pas être disponibles pendant de courtes périodes en raison de travaux de maintenance mécaniques ou physiques. L'admission peut être refusée pour non-respect des règles du club.

The house was large and had comfortable beds. Central AC was nice. Check-in with Loon reservations was easy. The house has the basics, but that is it. The rooms are pretty sparse. The lower level could really benefit from some more furniture/TV to make it fun entertainment space. Extra linens in the closets were not clean, so bring anything you want past bathroom towels and sheets on the beds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year renting this house. Very convenient with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. House has all you need (linens, full kitchen, etc). Only disappointment was there is no over flow parking lot so you are only allowed 2 parking spots for a 4 bedroom house.

Fall in beautiful New Hampshire

Blankets were either on the closet floor or thrown on a shelf in the closet, obviously not clean.. The lockbox could not be Opened upon arrival or departure. Fortunately, we ran into a police officer, and he came to the house and with great effort was able to open it..Roku in living room not working. Unable to use lockbox when we left so key was delivered to Loon Reservation Service.

Summer trip with family

Reviewer Comments: The house was nice all the bedrooms and bathrooms were great.The house was clean and neat The only real problem we had was the central air conditioning would reset every time we turn it to 72 it was good for a few hours then reset back to 86 degrees.It was a hot few days so every time resetting to a while to cool back down and the master where my husband and I was sleeping of course was the last to cool down. Other then that was a nice house

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did a mother/daughter weekend with two moms and two adult daughters. The place was huge and super clean! Having a private bedroom and bathroom for each person was wonderful. The open living room/ kitchen/dining area was great for hanging out together. It rained most of the time we were there so didn’t get to enjoy the porches but they are also huge and I imagine would have been nice to sit out on for a meal or nightcap. One word of caution-there are about 10 stairs down from parking area to entrance if you have anyone who is not good with stairs. We were only there for 2 nights and didn’t get a chance to use the amenities (pool, hot tub) but did drive down the road to see where they were. Communication was great, check in and out was easy. I would totally come back again.

Beautiful Home… with a mosquito problem

We have stayed at this house before and just love it - it’s beautiful, with lots of decks, it’s comfortable and close to everything… However, on our latest stay, the house was FULL of mosquitoes, which made it so we could not relax in the house. We also found used towels in the washing machine, and high was kind of gross. Due to this, this will be our last stay here. Disappointing!

Hiking, Bicycling, & Brewery Trip

Very happy with our stay at this house. It's larger than it looks in the pics. Kitchen was generally well equipped. The location is beautiful and perfect if you plan to hike, bike, and/or visit breweries in the western Whites. There's probably other stuff to do but I have no clue. The folks at Loon were very helpful with all questions. We would definitely stay here again.
