Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful time during your stay at our vacation rental. It's great to know that the property manager was helpful and that the vacation rental itself was spotless. We take pride in providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests, so it's fantastic to hear that you were satisfied with its condition. We're also glad to hear that the location worked well for you. Being just a short walk away from the ocean sounds like a dream, and we're thrilled that you had the opportunity to enjoy it. The fact that we have a shuttle service available adds an extra level of convenience, making it easier for our guests to explore the area. Your recommendation means a lot to us. We strive to provide exceptional experiences for our guests, and your positive feedback reinforces our commitment to maintaining high standards. If you have any future travel plans, we would be more than happy to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay.

Thank you for your feedback, Erin. We noticed you had informed us about the bunk room door, and our front desk team reached out to ask if you would like maintenance to assist. Since we didn’t receive a response, we wanted to respect your privacy and did not proceed without your approval, as it's our policy to wait for guest confirmation unless it's an emergency. We hope to welcome you back in the future. Should you need anything during your stay, we are always on-site and ready to assist, with your consent

Thank you again for your feedback. We’re truly sorry your stay did not meet expectations, especially for such a special occasion. We’d like to share a bit more context, as we always strive to address concerns quickly and fairly. During your stay, our team responded promptly to the issues that were brought to our attention and sent maintenance to take care of what we could right away. We also scheduled an appliance vendor for the dishwasher, though unfortunately they were unable to arrive before your departure. We take cleanliness very seriously, and what you described is not the standard we aim to provide. Once we became fully aware of the concerns, we addressed them internally with our housekeeping team to ensure this is not repeated moving forward. We also worked directly with you to resolve the situation and provided the compensation requested, as you had expressed a preference to handle things amicably. While we always hope for that resolution to reflect the full experience, we do understand and respect your decision to share your feedback publicly. We truly regret that your stay fell short and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Feedback like this helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future.
