Welcome to your perfect vacation getaway! This immaculate three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is just a short stroll from the beach and offers comfort, style, and convenience. With impeccable attention to detail throughout, you'll be thrilled with everything this spacious villa has to offer.

The expansive kitchen features stainless steel appliances, sleek quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and bar seating for four is perfect for gathering while preparing family meals. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, creating the ideal space for meals together. The living room boasts comfortable, well-designed furnishings, ensuring everyone has a cozy spot to unwind.

Step outside to the unique wrap-around screened-in porch, a standout feature of the Wendover Dunes complex, offering a peaceful outdoor retreat.

The luxurious Primary bedroom is a true sanctuary with a king bed, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a large sunken tub, a separate walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom is equipped with two queen beds, an HDTV, and its own en-suite bathroom, which also offers a walk-in shower and a sunken tub. The third bedroom, perfect for children or guests, features two twin beds, an HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The beds are comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We were there to play pickleball, the ladies that run the pickleball desk were a little hard to work with, but the condo was incredible and Palmetto Dunes overall is a stunning resort.

The pictures of this rental don’t do justice to its beauty! We have had multiple disappointing lodging where the pictures and description are not reflective of what you are actually getting. So we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and the entire experience was perfect from checkin to parking to the condition of this property. It is beautifully renovated, updated with nice art, furniture and appliances! The air conditioner did freeze up but maintenance showed up after hours to remedy the miserable heat with a portable unit. It is a little far from the beach access but overall well worth the trip and cost of the rental. We will return and hope to stay at the same unit.

The only down fall to these condos are is there are no elevators. Carry your luggage up to the second level is very difficult.
