Une belle trois chambres, deux condominium de bain; nouvellement construit avec tous les nouveaux meubles et appareils électroménagers. Ce condominium est situé près du centre ville et à proximité de Lincoln nouveau réseau de sentiers South Peak de Loon Mountain Ski Area.

Entrez dans cette maison de vacances à la cuisine à aire ouverte, salle à manger et salon. Détendez-vous et profiter de la grande télévision à écran plat et une cheminée à gaz qui commence avec juste la chiquenaude d'un interrupteur. Off le salon est la chambre principale avec un lit double, une télévision et salle de bains principale grande, y compris ses deux lavabos, autonome douche et bain séparés. Au bout d'une courte Hall sont les deux autres chambres (une avec un lit queen et la seconde avec deux ensembles de lits superposés) et une salle de bain partagée complet.

Ce condominium, South Peak Resort 1A, offre une adhésion au Club Montagne sur Loon Swim and Fitness Center propose une piscine intérieure, une piscine extérieure, un jacuzzi extérieur, sauna et salle d'exercice.

Piscine et un club de remise en forme peuvent être indisponibles pour de courtes périodes en raison de l'entretien mécanique ou physique. Admission peut être refusée pour non-respect des règles du club.

Accès au bain à remous extérieur et au puits de feu de la communauté de South Peak. Veuillez noter que les grillades ne sont pas autorisées sur les terrasses et patios de South Peak Resort. Les grillades sont autorisées uniquement sur le gril à gaz communautaire situé près du spa extérieur de South Peak. Aucune grille personnelle n'est autorisée.

To all future guests, if you ever experience an issue such as this during a stay PLEASE do call the office and let us know so we can do our best to make sure your stay with us is as expected to be otherwise. We figured out a bit later that there was actually a nice place that we could walk to where we could get in the river. The place was spacious and there were plenty of things to do around the area in the summer.Some of the furniture (the couch mostly) was showing a bit of wear, but everything was clean.

We enjoyed the river walk several imes It was also convenient for shopping and getting where we needed to go. We found one small thing that the rooms were not so well lit in the evenings. This was in a great location near everything Lincoln has to offer. It was depicted exactly as the pictures and description entailed. The property was close to the walking trail, river, and offered plenty of eating options within a 5 minute drive. The property could use updating with couches (well worn), bedding (comforters were thin), pillows (so thin we had to fold in 1/2 to use and the extra pillows were just as thin), and several dents/plaster hanging in the bathroom due to humidity. Despite the neccesary updates we would still stay at the property again due to the affordibility.

Spring Break Getaway

My group and I have a fantastic stay at this luxurious and cozy South Peak unit. From the large kitchen, to the roaring fireplace and large bright windows, this unit was the absolute perfect place to come home to after a day on Loon Mountain. The location truly cannot be beat, and the views looking out to the forest and the sound of the Pemigewasset River absolutely soothe your soul. The unit was well stocked, in great condition, and extremely clean. Will definitely be coming back here soon!

The sinks in master bath were slow to drain and several lights throughout the property were burned out. Overall, a very nice place.

Great location- great accommodations!

This condo is located conveniently in Lincoln! You can walk to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Beautiful mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and riverside…. Perfect for white mountain getaway. Unit is large and well equipped. Highly recommend!
