Thank you for choosing Loon Condo Connection and Riverfront U114 for your getaway to NH's White Mountains, and thanks for your input as to how we may improve things for our returning and future guests. Our apologize that locating the two available pools proved difficult as they were-are "On the Level below the townhouse closest to the river and immediately next to the tennis courts. Though the river is in truth a much more refreshing option, especially with "Lady's Bathtub", (a popular local swimming hole), is all but on property and best accessed from. As for the required check-out time, we realize it "comes early for some", yet housekeeping needs sufficient time in-between guest stays to re-make and re-set the property, with that 10am departure time clearly outlined through-out all of our paperwork. Then and last your noted concerns regarding housewares, housekeeping and maintenance have been flagged and noted for attention at next opportunity.
