An open living space, formal dining and family room with a meditation area, beamed ceilings, beautiful window natural light and linen flooring adorn the home. All guests can relax and feel entertained with all of the features you would hope to see in your Arizona retreat!
The space
The large, galley kitchen offers beautiful stone countertops & stainless appliance suite, plenty of prep space, pantry storage with a breakfast bar and a sunny breakfast dining room overlooking the sparkling pool!
The complete game room is set for family bonding and memories with arcade, billiards table, massage chair and luxury edition board game classics! The guest suites offer plush, quiet space, designed for lounging and fully enjoying the time away.
The property is minutes from the Phoenix Open TPC Championship Golf Course, Westworld; Barrett Jackson Auto Auction, famous Old Town nightlife, museums, beautiful lakes and parks, Botanical gardens, Phoenix Zoo and luxury shops and dining in every direction! Raskin Estates is comprised of quiet residences and stunning mountain views just one block from Scottsdale Road.
Experience the finest dining, events and shopping Scottsdale is known to offer! Finish nights playing a quick game of miniature golf with your children, and then toasting to the stars from the pergola patio or romantic fire pit!
