You’ll be conveniently located less than a mile from Madaket Beach and Millie’s restaurant, close to Madaket Harbor, and a short walk to the Wave bus stop. When not relaxing on the beach, enjoy time on the beautiful deck, grill dinner on the BBQ, or simply head down to Millie’s for an amazing meal and ice cream while enjoying the amazing Madaket sunsets!

As you enter on the first floor you’ll find the first bedroom with a double bed followed by the full bathroom with tub and shower. Further down the hall you see the full sized washer and dryer and the second bedroom with 2 queen sized beds and a twin trundle bed that can easily expand to a king bed. This room also has a mounted TV and access to the first floor deck and outdoor shower.

Walk up the stairs to the second floor and you’ll find the beautiful new kitchen and spacious living area with access to the large back deck. The kitchen offers granite countertops, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. Have breakfast at the large seating area, or step out onto the 2nd floor deck to enjoy your coffee in the sunshine.

On the third level is the private master bedroom and bathroom, updated with glass and marble shower. There is air conditioning throughout the house as well as internet and TV’s on all three floors. You will also have two parking spots plus access to additional guest parking.
