Cette belle maison, ensoleillé nouvelle dispose de 4 chambres à l'étage, et un plan ouvert facile de plancher bas. La cuisine a une cuisinière Viking, Sub-Zero réfrigérateur, comptoirs en granit, et une grande île avec des sièges pour 6. La cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger, et la grande salle de la famille est à seulement 2 étapes vers le bas à partir de la salle à manger. Une tanière avec une télé et d'un salon de fournir les espaces communs plus privés. Les détails architecturaux tels que des colonnes et belles moulures donnent la grande maison une atmosphère intime. Il ya un porche sur le côté de la maison, et un pont arrière avec un barbecue au gaz accessible depuis la cuisine. L'extérieur dispose de jolis murs en pierre, les allées, et les plantations. Off le pont arrière est une douche extérieure.

Excellent stay!

Lillian’s property was truly amazing. The house was very spacious and clean. The numerous bathrooms were very helpful, and Lillian’s communication was great. The location of the property is awesome. Highly recommend!

Nantuckett getaway

The house has a great layout and perfect for a group. Home has a musty smell like a moisture issue but I am sure with all the rain that happens there it is hard to control.

Must stay here!

Absolutely loved our stay at Lillian’s property. The home is extremely clean and spacious - large kitchen, various hangout spots, big bedrooms, etc. Love that every bedroom has a bathroom. Perfect house for a group of friends or family trip. We walked everywhere. Lillian was a very communicative host and generously allowed us to check in early. We will be back!

Absolutely fantastic vacation spot

We had three couples and single stay in the house for a week. We were joined by three other couples for most meals. This house was absolutely perfect. Three living spaces, four full baths plus a half, two washers and dryers, huge dining table, every kitchen accessory or thing you would need including games, beach needs, outdoor seating areas, gas grill, luxurious towels and more We were constantly commenting on how much we enjoyed the house and how perfect it was. And the bonus is that you can walk into town very easily. Recommend this spot highly.

Wonderful long weekend in Nantucket!

My parents, siblings, spouses and kids all stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. This was our second time in the house because we had such a great experience last year! This house is perfect!! The kitchen has everything you need. There was enough space in the house for us to come together but also have privacy. The deck was great for grilling and spending time outside. The host was easy to work with. Location is a perfect! We could easily walk to town.

Perfect Nantucket getaway!

A Bit of Heaven

We were lucky enough to rent Lillian’s property for an extended Memorial Day weekend. The property is just beautiful. The pictures do not give you a true idea of the spaciousness of the house. Every room is comfortable and thought out. The kitchen is perfectly laid out and unbelievably well equipped, making it a joy to cook in. The outdoor deck and yard offered places to read and relax. The 4 lovely bedrooms and the den allowed our 3 generations to spread out and be together at the same time. Walking distance into town was an added benefit. And the set back from the road afforded the house privacy and quiet. Lillian was available and accommodating to our family. I can not say enough good things about our experience! We are already looking forward to returning for another extended visit.!

Beautiful home and great location

We were in Nantucket to celebrate two birthdays along with family who live on the island. Everything was great. The home is very spacious, clean and included everything we needed. It was a beautiful September weekend and the weather was great so we were able to enjoy the home and yard. Lillian was easy to reach, helpful and very accomodating.

Beautiful Home

Bright, clean, spacious home with beautiful kitchen. Our family reunion was a great success, largely due to being able to spend the weekend in this lovely home. We made all of our meals and the kitchen was large enough for everyone to pitch in and help. Seating at the table for 10 when the leaves were pulled out. 3 living rooms for people to have quiet time or catch up with one another. Central location on the bike path made it easy for everyone to bike to town or out to the beaches. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us!

There was a group of 6 of us that stayed and we didn’t want to leave! The location is perfect and the house has plenty of space. The accommodations are great. Everyone had their own bathroom which was very nice. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Getaway

Our long weekend in Nantucket was the perfect getaway and we were very pleased with our accommodations. Spotless house, plenty of room, easy walk to town and so much more. Lillian was very attentive and responsive and made sure we had everything that we needed. We will be back!

Best Nantucket Weekend!

I stayed in Lillian's house for Memorial Day Weekend this year with 9 friends and it was perfect! The house is not only in an incredibly convenient location on the island, but it was absolutely beautiful and so clean. Our group loved cooking in the big kitchen and there were plenty of beds/bathrooms for everyone to have their own private space with their significant other. Lillian was so kind and hand-delivered the keys to us the day before our stay started. She also allowed us to check-out late no questions asked. Would absolutely stay here again - highly recommend!

Fantastic house and a great location!

We were looking for a last minute place to stay over Labor Day, and this house turned out to be the perfect fit. We couldn't have asked for a better stay- the house is incredibly spacious, updated, and clean, and is only a short walk into town. Lillian was also extremely responsive- she very helpful with ensuring we had all of our questions readily answered. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Lovely house!

We just loved this house and enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving. Lillian and Angelo could not have been nicer and were very accommodating when we asked to check out late so our daughter could nap. The house was meticulous and very well equipped. We would definitely return as it was just great!

Beautiful home for a mother/daughter getaway weekend!

I cannot say enough about this home. The owners are caring and very informative, as well as having one of the most beautiful homes we have every stayed in. The home was exactly what we were looking for a mother/daughter weekend to start the holiday season. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the home and ate out for lunch. They had everything you could think of for creating a wonderful breakfast and dinner. The walk into town along the brick sidewalks was an enjoyable one. The bedrooms and baths were large and impeccably decorated. I cannot wait to return!

Lovely pristine home

We were a family of nine visiting Nantucket for the first time. We were very pleased with our selection of this lovely home. It suited us in every way--- near to town yet very private, close to shopping, dining and the beaches.

Lovely spacious home

We were a family of nine on our first visit to Nantucket. We enjoyed this lovely home as it fit our every need. We had plenty of room to spread out and to have fun together in the common spaces. It was close to town, shopping and dining.The owner was easy to work with and thank them for their hospitality.
