Cuddle up by the outdoor fireplace poolside and watch a movie. Relax, read a book, and catch some Fl sun. Work remotely at the pool! Visit Weeki Wachee Springs to swim with adorable manatees. Rent a kayak and indulge in the beauty of the crystal clear water, unmatched natural beauty and wildlife. Experience all this in a short 5-mile trip! Visit the famous Clearwater Beach, chairs and cooler are provided for your use. After a day of adventures, comfortably rest on a king, plush bed.

The suite is on the right side of my home. Suite Entrance is shown in photos. Your private entrance is in the back through the pools screen enclosure.

You have Private use of the back patio, pool, and suite. Not Shared!

Parking is available in the driveway. (Right side)

One bedroom with King bed, one bath. A twin rollaway bed is also available. Walk in closet with hangers, large dresser and TV.

The kitchenette offers a sink, refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, hot plate, blender, toaster oven, and more.

Guests that are booked 7 days or longer will have access to wash a load of laundry in owners main home.

‱ Trash pick up is Tuesday and Friday. Please place bags of trash in blue trash can. We will make sure it gets out front to be picked up.

‱ Swim at your own risk, and you agree not to hold the host liable for use of the pool.
Heated Pool –
Optional Add-On:
Pool heat is available during the cooler months for an additional $20 per day (optional). The pool is typically heated to a comfortable 84°F–87°F, depending on outdoor conditions.

Please Note:

Pool heat is available only when outside temps are consistently above 55°F, with daytime highs around 65°F or higher.

We use an electric heat pump, which works well in mild Florida winters but may not function efficiently during cold snaps or overnight lows.

Please request pool heat at least 24–48 hours in advance so we can ensure it's warm by your arrival.

Pool heat is not guaranteed during unusually cold weather, though we will do our best to maintain a comfortable temperature.
If you enjoy relaxing poolside even in the winter this add-on is a great option to enhance your stay!

‱ Refunds will not be given for things out of my control, ex, weather, Internet, pool heater, and malfunctions.

‱ Ring Doorbell is located at the MAIN HOME'S Front door entrance. Also ring camera at front of main home for driveway.

Spring Hill retreat

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful experience. Stacey and Jason were accomading hosts. The property was new and comfortable and the pool is a nice extra.

The Guesthouse was perfect for two people. Our hosts were excellent, The TV went out and they immediately went out and bought a larger TV. It is in easy commute to everything we wanted to see or do.

The accommodations were exactly as stated on VRBO. Very private. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Ie, Weeki Watchee and beaches. We will definitely recommend them and we will return again!

Beautiful, Cozy, and Comfortable

This was one of the nicest stays we have enjoyed on our Florida vacation. The hosts are so kind, helpful, and considerate. They thought of everything which made the stay so much more enjoyable. We loved the patio with the pool, the beach chairs we were able to borrow, and all the cookware they provide. The hosts allowed us our privacy while also being available for suggestions and information we needed. We are already planning our next stay with them.

A must stay

This property was fantastic. We have been doing air bb/vrbo for close to 10 years now and this was hands down the best. Yes the living room is a little small but the bedroom is large and airy. The back porch and pool is serenity at its finest. The hosts obviously take pride in their guests enjoying their stay. They have thought of all the little details (simple things like q tips for when i forget them like i always do). The little welcoming touches make you feel like a favorite friend coming to stay as opposed to faceless person at a hotel. Completely quiet and private with so many fun things near by like the beach, the mermaid show, rooftop bars/restaurants. Come back from a day or night out and float in the sublime pool to put an amazing end to your day. If you're thinking about another place in the Spring Hill area, dont...this place was absolutely fantastic!

Tea for two

This place is perfect for two. It was a wonderful stay. The property is just right for couples. Very modern, very clean, very large screen TV, very nice pool. Great area for restaurants and things to do. We plan on staying at this property again

Clean, Cozy, Comfortable and Well Stocked!

Stacey and Jason were both very friendly and personable. We felt like we were talking with old friends. Their home suite is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Stacey has it stocked nicely with everything you would need and more! If we ever need a place to stay in the area in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to book their place again. I did leave a suggestion in the guest book that as a height challenged person, I would recommend they purchase a relocatable handheld shower head holder. This is the second rental that I was unable to reach the handheld shower head. This is no fault of Stacey and Jason's, they probably hadn't even realized it. Both rental's that this happened in were newly constructed, so I blame the construction crew. They all must be hiring very tall men! :(
