With 2,885 sq. ft. of space, there is plenty of room for the whole family and friends too! There are three bedrooms on the main floor, the main full bathroom, a full bathroom off the master bedroom, and a dining area and large living room with a wood-burning fireplace off the kitchen. The basement includes a large family room with a sectional that converts into two twin beds, a wood-burning fireplace, a full bathroom, a bedroom, an office/bedroom (air mattress can be used), and laundry. There are three TVs located in the upstairs and downstairs living areas and the master bedroom. The private backyard and covered patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a BBQ!
Entire home, including the double-car garage, is available for our guests.

Our home is located on a quiet street in the desireable Dream House acres community. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, and even a 24-Hour Fitness and Whole Foods a minute away at The Streets at Southglenn. The Goodson Rec Center, DeKoevend Park, and Trader Joe's are within walking distance and you'll find the University of Denver, Inverness Business Park, and Denver Tech Center just 10 minutes away. Downtown Denver is just a 20-minute drive, and if you hop onto C-470, you can get to the mountains and ski resorts within an hour!
Direct driving access to University Blvd (a major north-south thoroughfare) and Arapahoe Rd (a major east-west thoroughfare). A short walk to RTD bus stops on University Blvd and Arapahoe Rd. Within 5 miles of three RTD Light Rail Stations.
We have another home the same size, just around the corner and up the hill, if you need more space for a family reunion, wedding or other special event. We can host up to 18 guests at both houses. Please contact us for availability.
