Wonderful Location

We loved the location of this condo! We walked everywhere from restaurants to shopping and great beaches. The condo had plenty of room and was furnished nicely. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect layout and amenities

Large familyvacation renting three units in this property. For this unit had two boys in room the twin beds, mom and daughter in king masterand then the upstairs for grandmom with private bath, bed and loft. Love having the beach chairs, boogie boards etc. condo is beautifully furnished.

Budget friendly option in Paradise

It’s not the newest or fanciest unit, but it’s very clean and functional. Two bedrooms with a king bed, and the third has two twins. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could want, including a coffee grinder. Washer/dryer cuts down on packing and worked really well. Reserved parking space right out front, and an electronic keypad rather than keys is so much easier.

Spacious condo in a great location

We loved our stay. The condo was spacious and accommodated our group of 6 adults and one toddler. The place was very clean and well-stocked. We loved how close to the beach it was and enjoyed using the pool area after a day at the beach.

Poipu Vacation Condo

A charming, spacious and well-situated vacation unit in a beautiful area. Nice beaches and a coastal hike starting at neighboring Shipwreck’s Beach.

Great time

We had a great time at this condo. The location is perfect. There was an issue with a broken sprinkler that caused water to hit the living room sliding glass door. I flagged down a maintenance person and they fixed it right away, but not sure how long that was happening as the sprinklers come on at midnight so you wouldn't know unless you're in the living room at that time. Overall, the condo was well stocked with the necessities needed. We would stay here again.

Easy check in (by email) and no strenuous requirements on check out. A little more seating would have been nice as we had 6 people.

Great place for family. Close to several beaches. A few items in kitchen didn’t work. Wasn’t a huge problem but was slight inconvenience. Overall wonderful place.

Great stay in Poipu

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent townhome to stay for a group. This place was an awesome home base for a group of friends in Kauai for a wedding. I believe everyone who stayed here enjoyed having their own bathroom. I stayed in the master with my wife and felt the bed was really comfortable. The ac is cold and if you need more cooling there is a ceiling fan above each bed.

Nice condo

The only complaints we had was the screen door kept popping off the slider, and the oven display was so dim you couldn’t see what temperature you were setting the oven to.

The dishwasher, microwave therefore fan above stove did not work. The oven temperature guide was broken so you never knew how high the temp was . There was a handwritten note above oven explaining this. The television in the master bedroom didn't work at all. The location and cleanliness were great.

A Home In Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental felt like home. We are a family of 6 and this home was so spacious and comfortable. The walk to the beach was not long and so pretty. Someone was parked in our spot and I called management and they found us another spot to park in. We also booked a Luau with Darshan and I was so pleased with how quickly she got us booked and the Luau was GREAT! We had such a fun time!

Had everything we need it.The living room ceiling had a leak due to heavy rains, however it didn’t bother us and the property let us know before we arrived. NOTE: this is more like an apartment complex, so didn’t really explored around property, but it’s very convenient to everything around us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo met our family needs during vacation. The place was clean and it was great to have our own space and kitchen. It was great to be able to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas. The location worked well for us as we could walk to the beach but most days we drove so we could bring all the chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear easily. The condo is above another and there are signs to walk softly which would have been good to know beforehand since we had three kids with us. Overall, a good condo for families.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great experience. Amazing location. There had been a roof leak and the ceiling was peeling in the family room. I reported it and never heard back. Did find the beach toys with some effort and in bad shape. The kitchen was also lacking in equipment but we made it work. The furniture was outdated and needs cleaning. But we enjoyed having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and ac for our family.
