This was a great stay for our group. The view was incredible and less than 10 min from the ski lifts. The hosts were very easy to contact and kept in touch.

The house was perfect for our group. Spacious and comfy. Plenty of parking, large garage area, separate spaces for kids and adults, plenty of towels and hot water. Super convenient and close to Breckenridge. Very minor things to be aware of 1) door handles on several exterior doors were broken 2) slow draining sinks 3) kitchen dishware is limited 4) large water retention area to be aware of if you have kids that will be playing outside. None of the above are detractors just to know before your stay. We loved the property overall and had a great Spring Break.

Great space for a large group

This location is super spacious and loaded with amenities and beds/bedrooms. The management was very easy to get a hold of for any questions. As other reviews noted there were a couple minor maintenance issues, fireplace out of order and malfunctioning doorknobs but did not impact our stay at all.

Family retreat

Water pressure was very uneven. Toilets were especially noisy when flushed. Otherwise, great house for our family.

Location is great! The management company was very response to our needs. The house has a large footprint and can accommodate a big party. I was disappointed with the condition of the master bathroom. The shower has broken tiles and mildew stains throughout the grout.

Really nice home and great location. For the price, alot of TLC is a must. Just need to hire a maintenance person for a week to fix all windows, doors, and kitchen cabinets (when you have to put stickers on shelves that say “don’t pull out”, that says something. Need new coffee maker. Also if can’t run both dryers at same time that needs to be fixed as well. When toilets are flushed there’s a terrible noise in the utility room. A new hot tub cover is a must, all the chewed up spots very unappealing and doesn’t go with caliber of the home. Need regular exterminator, several spiders and there was a worm in a bed. Need new concrete driveway…we pulled up to two huge potholes filled with muddy water. Again this is an awesome home and had the space we needed but has just been let go too far…

Great location, but issues with house

Beautiful location, large house. But our major issue with the house was that there is a large drainage pond (with a steep hill on one side) next to the driveway. It was not stated in the listing, and we specifically chose this house to avoid bodies of water/pools. Our group had multiple small children, and the presence of the pond lead to us being unable to let the children play outside unsupervised. Had this been stated in the listing, we would not have booked the house. Other non-major issues included multiple broken drawers in the kitchen, very slippery bathtubs (management said they could not provide mats when asked), screens broken, doors that couldn’t open/lock. One bedroom (with two bunkbeds) was also the entrance to the laundry room, so no kids could sleep in there without being woken up when adults needed to do laundry. Another bedroom (with two twins) didn’t have curtains, so it was hard for kids to sleep in there with the light. Mattresses were very hard.

Clean but needs some repairs

The property was big enough for our family of 18. What we all found very frustrating was the small repairs that need to be done to the property. Cabinet doors with loose handles, pantry drawers with unstable slides, blinds with large gaps, a bedroom with a missing remote to operate the overhead light and fan, burned out light bulbs, the foosball table had 2 broken legs, the downstairs refrigerator was not cooling,several kitchen utensils needed to be replaced as many were melted or broken, all kitchen knives were dull and an exterior door handle kept falling off. Maintenance was contacted, we were told they would be there, but never arrived. We would easily have given this property 5 stars had maintenance at least shown up like they said they would. We had read the reviews and one complained about several of the same items. The response from management was a thank you for bringing it to their attention. We honestly thought the items would have been taken care of before we arrived. The location is great and the property would be perfect for a large gathering except for the frustration of a few minor things.

Location was Fabulous

It's an older cozy home located at the top of a hill with stunning views and plenty of room for 10 of us. Kitchen is well equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for prep, cook, bake, etc. Lots of appliances, Keurig, cutlery, tableware, glasses, dishes, platters, spices, foils, oils, etc. 5/5. 8 bedrooms well-appointed with plenty of blankets, pillows, heaters. You will NOT run out of bathroom towels. Mother-in-law suite is stunning, but it is NOT a king size bed as advertised, it is a Queen size bed. 5/5 The fireplace is large and beautiful with vaulted ceiling...it only worked the first 2 days and maintenance was unable to repair it. 4/5 Minor maintenance: Door knobs, window knobs, jacuzzi knobs, washing machine/dryer knobs, bathroom tile, lightbulbs, could use a bit of TLC. 4/5 Plumbing prevents me from giving 5/5. It is terrible! Extremely loud & noisy...when toilets are flushed everyone in the house can hear the pipes roar. Slow drainage and poor water pressure with sputtering and splattering throughout. The master bathroom shower overflowed twice, and the sink did not drain. The 2nd king room on the main floor sink did not drain. The king room on the top floor sink did not drain. Maintenance arrived timely and cleared 2 of the 3 drains, master bath remained extremely slow drain. 2/5 Even though maintenance was unable to repair fireplace, door knob, & all drainage, communication was prompt and much appreciated during the holiday. Overall 4/5.
