This remote get away in the Colorado Rocky Mountains is within 15-30 minutes of world class mountain resorts like Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper. Vail and Beaver Creek are 35-45 minutes away.

This home is in a private community with biking and hiking trails, a community center that provides a beautiful business center, gathering space, exercise facility, 2 hot tubs, swimming pool, and private lake access!
The space
This newly built modern mountain home in a community with incredible amenities and bodes one of the largest and most private lots in the neighborhood.

This home has comfortably slept large groups and also includes a main house with 2 king size beds, 4 queen size bunk beds, a full size bed and a detached guest house with a king size bedroom.

There are custom designed adult queen sized bunk beds in two of the guest rooms providing very comfortable sleep areas for large groups.

Everything you would need is included in the kitchen areas. We can include additional photos so you have clear expectations of what each space looks like.

The main house on this property is detached from a guest house on the property.
This area has fire restrictions throughout the course of the year to prevent wildfires. **DO NOT under any circumstances start a wood fire anywhere on the property.**. Local authorities may find you and such actions can lead to imprisonment. We want you to have a wonderful time in the mountains, but again, Avoid starting any wood fires on the property.
Guest access
This home has multiple options.

You can rent the small guest house standalone, or the entire home if you'd prefer.

The home sits on a large private lot with beautiful views in every direction.

Other things to note:
There is access for renters to a wonderful community center which includes a business center, exercise facility, hang out spaces, hot tubs and a heated pool, along with lake access and a beach during the warmer months. There are beautiful trails all around the property and you can get to downtown Silverthorne within 5 minutes.

The listing indicates the home has air conditioning. It does not have a traditional HVAC system. The home has heated flooring during the cold days, and it’s most typical for high elevation homes in Colorado to have “air conditioning” by simply opening the windows. Even in the summer time at this elevation, opening a few windows will pull in the outside breeze and cool the home.

This home is in a private neighborhood with a very nice community center which can optionally be booked out upon request. We will need to let the community center know prior to your trip if you’d like to use the exercise room, business center, hot tubs pot heated pool. If you’re interested let us know and we will make reservations for you prior to your stay. The community center will have you sign a waiver. The hot tubs and pool are accessible self service from a key fob that we will
provide you.

There will be a small fee if any keys to the home, key fobs, etc. are lost.
This will allow us to replace these items.

- Sunday 3pm-8pm (used to be 5-7pm)

Please check upon arrival with the Aspen House to ensure you have clear timelines on when you can use these facilities.
