When compared to Breckenridge, our home is closer to the airport, closer to MOST of the big ski resorts, easier to find a restaurant, much better in the summertime with Lake Dillon, multiple parks, excellent/free tennis courts and far less traffic. Our property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac providing peace & quiet well away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street or Hwy 9. But we are only a short 1 block walk (takes about 90 seconds) to the true core of Frisco.....walk another half block and you are on the free shuttle to either Breckenridge OR Copper Mountain....very easy to put your ski boots on at the property and take the ski bus to either resort.

----BIKE PATH AND RENTAL SHOPS....all less than three blocks away, just walk to town, rent a bike and you are on your way!! Incredible access for the Vail Pass bike ride, the Lake Dillon loop ride, or go mountain biking up the Ten Mile Trail or out to the Frisco peninsula mountain bike trail system. Literally jump on your bike from the apartment and off you go.....awesome!!!! Or rent a bike from one of the local shops, jump in their van for a ride to the top of Vail Pass, and cruise all the way back into Frisco.....with a quick stop at Copper Mountain for lunch! Great way to spend a day in the mountains!!
----PUBLIC PARK & TENNIS COURTS....all less than one block away, playground for the kids, volleyball court & two very nice tennis courts!! I may be able to provide some tennis rackets if you forget yours....simply ask upon arrival.
----SEVEN HIGH DEFINITION FLAT PANEL TV's.... some are in the bedrooms, one in the living area, one in the game room, one in the kitchen. All are high def TV's. We offer most of the big channels for sports and news.....CNN, ESPN, ABC, NBC, FOX, etc.
----GREAT GOLF COURSES.....5 terrific public courses in Summit County and another TEN within a 30-45 minute drive. Golf lovers paradise!
----WAL-MART AND SAFEWAY GROCERY STORES ARE ONLY FIVE MINUTES AWAY! Obviously you are going to need your car when you head off to do some shopping.....and the least expensive place to go is always Wal-Mart, about a five minute drive away, and right next door to Wally World is a full service Safeway grocery store.
This is our primary residence and we live here most of the year, so we respectfully request that you treat our beautiful home as you would your own. This home is located in a terrific neighborhood with full-time residents/friends nearby and next-door. Our property is a no-smoking, no shoe, no pet, non-party atmosphere. Primary renter/tenant must be at least 30 years of age and must stay at the property. Maximum of 15 guests in the property at any time. No shoes, no smoking, no pets. If you do not like these rules, PLEASE do not rent our home.
Minimum 3 - 7 Night Stays are required year-round, dependent upon the holidays, and our schedule. We do not accept shorter stays, sorry. We are interested in finding people who wish to return year after year....and longer stays are possible.....please reach out to me directly to discuss potential availability that does not show up on our calendar. There is no lodging tax if you stay more than 30 days.
Primary guest must be at the property each and every night of the rental period. Primary guest must be 30+ yrs old and provide license within 2 days.

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at! The house was absolutely beautiful, huge, and spotless, felt very much at home. This was the perfect home for a large group of us with each couple and family having plenty of their own space. Mike, the owner of the house, was extremely responsive and great to work with. Mike even bought a pack and play for the babies coming in our group ahead of time which was so thoughtful and sweet. The game room was perfect for hanging out with everyone in the evenings and the kitchen and dining table were perfect for a large group. We will definitely be returning to this house for future trips!!

Mike was an excellent host! He was communicative, gave thorough directions and made himself readily available should a need arise. The house served our large party perfectly with great beds, a well supplied kitchen, and all the details to make our stay great. The location can't be beat and we will likely stay again. Thanks Mike!

Excellant location to the...
Excellant location to the towns offerings, quiet, well furnished and equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. Just stayed for the second time as our family loves it for get togethers. Something for everyone, pool table, big screen TV, hot tub, shopping nearby, etc.

This house is fantastic. ...
This house is fantastic. We held a planning retreat here for our company and it was perfect. Big enough to sleep, feed and entertain everyone, we even got some work done. We had a great time. Well equipped kitchen, no need to bring anything but food. We loved this house.

What an amazing house! No detail over-looked. Perfect for entertaining with family and friends! Mike made the experience stress-free with his excellent communication and tips about the town as well. We can't wait to stay here again!
Wonderful house for entertainment! Amenities are excellent; furniture very clean and comfortable; applicances very modern and new. Spacious yet cozy. Excellent location to Frisco's main St. Mike was very professional, nice and responsive. Would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend this house.

Spriing Breakers
Beautiful home! Great location made it easy for our two non-skiers to have a great experience too. Size and floor plan made it convenient for everyone (10 of us) to find either personal space or fellowship whenever we wanted. Hot tub was perfect at the end of a long day skiing!
The house was great and made for an amazing weekend, and Mike was great to work with. The kitchen was a great to work in and made cooking for 20 people easy. With the Pool/Bar room and the hot tub staying in was great, though some still took advantage of the short walk to various dining and bars of downtown Frisco. I look forward to renting this specific property again!
We had our family reunion at this rental and had such a wonderful time! The accommodations and location were perfect. Big enough for everyone to spread out with rec room, living room, huge kitchen, dining room and patio outside. The decor was beautiful and very updated. All new appliances and clean! I would highly recommend this rental and am sure to return in the future! Thanks Mike for everything!

Fantastic home for whatever your event
This was our second time using Mike's home in just over a year and I can't wait to make it a third. Our group of 12 adults and a baby easily fit and appreciate the cleanliness and detail of the home. Little things like having two dish washers & sinks makes everything that much easier during prep & cleanup of the meals. To any one considering a stay at this house I would highly recommend it.

Our family came from Aust...
Our family came from Australia for a White Christmas and the house was the perfect venue. The house was magnificently fitted out with everything one would need and also gave us the much needed space and great entertainment. Mike was also very helpful in providing information about the area.

Mike the owner was very responsive to all our needs. Give this guy and the house plus location an A plus. We had a great family wedding and the house was one of the reasons. Highly recommend. Toscato restaurant was excellent, as was the bakery for breakfast. The property was like new, really set up perfectly for families and large groups.

kitchen. The location is very convenient - just a

This is the VERY BEST location in all of Summit County to enjoy a vacation!! We are literally only one block to beautiful downtown Frisco! We have two tennis courts a stone's throw away, we have the town park two blocks away and we have the Frisco Marina with boat rentals just 3 blocks away. 6 ski areas are all less than a 30 minute drive!!
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Being one block away from downtown Frisco, a hidden gem in the High Country of Colorado. Having lived in Breckenridge for the first 25 years of being in Summit County, I never realized just how overwhelmingly crowded and busy Breckenridge was UNTIL I moved to Frisco! Now I can walk into town just about any night of the year and easily find a place for lunch or dinner and not be overwhelmed with tourists. The proximity to Wal-Mart and the I-70 corridor is awesome as we are constantly travelling down to Denver and Moab areas, so we never get stuck in the chaos of Hwy 9 in and out of Breckenridge!!
The free shuttle bus is only two blocks away.....put on your ski boots at our property and simply jump on the bus for a free direct ride to both Breckenridge and Copper Mountain!! And on the weekends, the best place to ski is Beaver Creek if you have the pass.....it's a quick and easy 35 minute drive as long as it's not snowing out. My wife and I are avid skiers, and we get both the IKON and EPIC passes, so we find ourselves skiing at Copper more and more along with Vail and the Beav......all such awesome ski areas!! And so damn close to Frisco! We love living here!!
