The space
Welcome to your very own mountain sanctuary, tucked away just 35 minutes from the bustling ski slopes of Breckenridge. Our chalet is designed to be your home away from home, offering a harmonious blend of comfort, luxury, and top-tier amenities. Imagine waking up in the primary suite, complete with a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and a jacuzzi jet tubâperfect for those post-ski wind-downs.
The first-level second master bedroom is another cozy retreat, featuring an in-room sink and a plush queen bed. Two more bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, and for the younger guests, the upper-level bedroom comes with bunk beds and an XL twin bed. But the comfort doesn't stop at the bedrooms. Our first-floor game room is your personal aprĂšs-ski lounge, fully equipped for poker, shuffleboard, and a dedicated workspace. As the sun sets, what could be better than soaking in the hot tub with a glass of fine wine, or grilling steaks on the gas grill? And if you're a pet owner, you'll be pleased to know we have a fenced dog area near the laundry room.

If interested, 200 yards upstream from the reservoir lies a hidden gemâa picturesque Beaver pond stretching about 40 yards in length and 10 yards across. With the stream running low and clear, it's the perfect opportunity to catch dozens of trout.
For those planning a summer visit, our cabin offers fly-fishing combined with golfing in the area. Enjoy a variety of nearby golf courses, including Breckenridge Golf Club and Collegiate Peaks Golf Course, providing golfers with a memorable and picturesque experience in the Rockies.

*Parking is available for up to four vehicles, but please note that 4WD/AWD with snow tires/chains is required during winter months.
*We welcome up to two pets for a small fee, with a fenced area in the backyard for your furry friends to play.
*Please note that outdoor-only security cameras are onsite for your safety and security.
*Prohibited Vehicles: Please note that ATVs and off-road motorcycles are not permitted within the ranch itself. However, guests are more than welcome to use these vehicles in the expansive 90,000 acres of national forest located directly behind the house.
*Trail Access Information: For those looking to explore on ATVs, trails can be accessed just outside the ranch entrance on Brown's Pass and Breakneck Pass roads. It's a convenient and exciting way to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty!
Community Rules:
4 wheel or All Wheel Drive vehicles are required from October through May due to high alpine weather conditions.
Parking on roads will result in towing at the owner's expense plus any incurred fines.
Open fire pits and any outdoor open flames are strictly prohibited by Park County regulations due to wildfire risk. This includes campfires, wood-burning fire pits, and fireworks. Violations may result in fines, eviction, and loss of security deposit.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:
