Get away from the hubbub and sink into the peace and quiet of your own spacious hideaway at the Pine Top Perch! Step through the front door and into a large, open-concept living area with large vaulted ceilings, an easy to use gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows filled with stunning views of the majestic mountains and surrounding woodland areas. The large living room contains comfortable seating around the tv and fireplace, for days spent watching a favorite movie with loved ones while a toasty fire crackles nearby The adjacent dining room table with seating for 6 provides a perfect place for meal time or game night alike and the well appointed kitchen offers high-end appliances and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal with ample counter space for prep work or for additional bar top seating. Down the mid-level hallway, find 2 roomy bedrooms that offer closet storage space and plush Queen size beds fitted with our cozy cotton bed linens. The mid-level central bathroom has a standard toilet, wide vanity and a corner shower.
Make your way up the steps to the open loft where you can enjoy work or play at the high-top table with incredible views of Mt. Sherman, or snuggle into the loft couch for midwinter afternoons spent curled up with a tasty beverage and your favorite book. The loft Master Suite offers a spacious, airy room with high ceilings, a comfortable queen size bed fitted with cozy cotton bed linens and a large en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a standard toilet, double vanity, corner shower and huge walk-in closet - perfect for all of the adventure gear you may have brought along! Please note that the fireplace in the Master Suite isn't currently functional.
Wander down the steps to the ground floor where you are greeted by a cheerful and quiet bedroom that offers both a Queen and a Twin size bed and a spacious en site bathroom that features a standard toilet, double vanity and large jetted bath tub - perfect for an undisturbed soak after full day of fun on the slopes! The adjacent laundry room has a full size washer and dryer available for guest use, so no need to waste precious vacation time at the laundromat in town. The additional ground floor bathroom conveniently features another standard toilet, vanity and corner shower, accessed directly off of the laundry room.
The large, elevated, wrap-around deck of the home offers a large corner hot tub where you can soak in the beautiful views of the majestic mountain range. Use the full size BBQ grill to cook up some family favorites, that you can enjoy while lounging on the nearby bistro set.
Valley of the Sun is home to a variety of wildlife and this spectacular location affords opportunities to observe Elk, Deer and Foxes (just to name a few of the critters!) right on the property. Additionally, you may see Moose in their natural habitat in the wetland area just down the road from the home.
The driveway is plowed in the winter and the roadways are maintained by the county, but 4-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED from November through May due to the frequent snow storms in this area.
Park County is an activity center of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, it's a great "Base Camp!" If you can think of an outdoor activity, you will probably find it within 10-20 minutes of the cabin. Activities include skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain climbing, snow-shoeing, horseback riding (winter too!), ice climbing, fishing, hunting, rafting, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, mine exploration, canoeing, kayaking, and much much more.

* Guests are required to have a four-wheel drive vehicle with adequate snow tires or chains during the winter months from November through May. The area is subject to frequent unpredictable and adverse weather conditions which can make travel difficult.
* This home is located in a rural high alpine mountain environment where wildlife, insects and rodents may be encountered. The home is also equipped with a well water system and may have variability in taste, smell or mineral content based on time of year and usage.
* Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement after booking.
