Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The character of this cozy, private, renovated, 3 leveled townhome within walking distance to both Baltimore stadiums, the Inner Harbor, and Cross Street Market is unparalleled. This amazing 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom is in the historic Federal Hill District. It is great for families, sport lovers, friend gatherings and thriving socialites. There is something for everyone all within distance!
Great location, walked all around Inner Harbor and to Camden Yards multiple times. Not the âluxuryâ accommodations I was expecting, the furniture and carpet definitely need some love but the location and comfy beds made up for it.
Place was as advertised. Close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean! Need to be a little clearer about parking. Got a 100 ticket for parking on wrong side of street
Pros- the location was just where we needed to be. Close to family, walkable to stadiums, coffee, restaurants, inner harbor, water taxi, etc. Beds were comfortable and host was responsive.Cons- as others have described, carpets on second and third floors are in BAD shape. Stains throughout and very worn. The furniture showed lots of wear and staining Made the whole place feel dirty. The narrow staircase is expected in a row house but this one is really marked up from previous guests. Not luxurious at allâŠbut location is convenient
Location was perfect for restaurant & harbor proximity. Decently clean for old home and decently appointed w/ linens and kitchen supplies. We had a number of concerns/questions and host was super responsive. Got back to me almost immediately every time and was very accommodating. Cons: Had to wait to get address until day of arrival which made it hard, as we had older parents checking in to the property before us, and we couldn't give them the info as we were en route on a plane. Not a lot of instructions which, for visitors that are new to area and to the property can be stressful. Parking is advertised as "available" and it was BUT super limited and filled up each evening. We managed to park our one car each night but it was difficult and one night we had to park blocks away because all spots were taken. The dishwasher had a sign saying it was broken and not useable which was a major inconvenience, esp when we were so tired from each day.
The location of this property was perfect for our family. We had our young children with us and the ability to walk to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards was a big selling point. The house itself was spacious enough for our 3 day stay and allowed everyone to have their own space. That said, the house does have some rental wear and tear from the turnover. More specifically, the dishwasher wasn't working and the sinks clogged on occasion. A spare mattress was on the back porch making most of it unusable. The property owner was great in answering any questions we had and even let us check-in a little early because our toddler needed to nap. Overall, we had a great trip.
The house was perfect for our family vacation, close to restaurants and activities for everyone and a short walk/boat ride to the Harbor. Plenty of space, would stay again!
The location couldn't have been better- close to Fed Hill, Cross St Mkt, harbor, and our son who lives in Baltimore, The place is not luxurious but the 3 baths and 4 bedr o oms were a great layout for 6 adults and 2 babies
The location of this property is amazing!!!! Very walkable neighborhood - coffee, German Christmas Village, The National Aquarium, Stadium, food and shopping! Safe neighborhood! Comfortable stay! Would stay here again!
We were happy with the property. We were only there a day but for a longer stay the federal hill neighborhood is a lot of fun and you have a short walk to the inner harbor. Only downside was very tight narrow stairs. Other than that it was great.

Great location and historical space
Great digs and nice, safe location on the edge of Federal Hill. Tia was very responsive and accomodating.
Know that the unit has 3 levels (living and kitchen downstairs, and the BRs upstairs). 2 of the BRs are twins, and share full baths with the larger BRs (1 of each per floor). Stairs are very narrow, as this is a historic townhouse.
Parking is on street but no problem.
Kitchen is odd: lots of stuff you'll never use (eg air fryer) but a dearth of basics (utensils, glasses, mixing bowls, etc). Not a problem tho.
Make sure all lower level windows and doors are locked; windows were unlocked and open when we arrived.
Fantastic location convenient for walking to stadiums, inner harbor, and many restaurants. Owner was friendly and very responsive, and house was just as described. Would definitely consider staying here again!
We had a great time during our stay, we were able to walk to many attractions and restaurants during our stay. Tia was incredibly helpful and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. Tiaâs home had everything we needed for the weekend. Finding parking outside the home could be difficult in the evening, but was easily addressed by walking, Ubering or finding a paid lot close by.
Upon arrival after opening the door, we walked into a very clean sitting area only to find that once we walked up to the stairs, the carpet was quite dirty. Dirt stains from the bottom all the way to the second and third floor. Each bedroom had its share of stains on the carpet which happens with lighter colored carpets but I believe any cleaning company could take care of those. Not to mention the drag marks down the entire staircase because of how narrow it is. A quick magic eraser could probably do a decent job. The house also had a slight fly infestation coming from the basement. We decided not to explore it but they were pretty hard to kill and I collected about 30 of them during our stay. They were about the size of a quarter so they were quite large. We left our Lysol for the next guests incase they had the same issue. As for the bedrooms and the bathrooms they were well kept, but a deep clean is really needed to ensure your guests do not feel as we did. It looks like there was a very quick turnover between guests and the only thing that was touched were the linens and hardwood/tile floors. The property is in a GREAT location but the parking is a little confusing and I did have to ask for clarification on that because there wasnât any parking near the house available so we ended up parking in a garage. The host did answer any questions I had pretty quickly but I just hope they fix those few things ASAP because for the price of the stay itâs not âluxury.â
Very convenient to Inner Harbor, Federal Hill, Camden Yard, and tourist bus lines.
The steps were a little challenging and the narrow profile took a little getting used to, but overall plenty of room in the sleeping areas and 3 bathrooms made it a workable environment. I recommend a smaller table in the dining area. The initial cleaning was lacking a bit but hostess responded they would have sent the cleaner back had they known the first day. (My email apparently went somewhere else). They were responsive to our concerns once we connected and stayed on top of questions and concerns even calling to check on us when they recieved notice of a power outage from the utility company. Power was only off a few minutes. If you need lots of sleeping areas and bathrooms in a location convenient to the big attractions and Inner Harbor, this is a good choice.
