Situé au Palm Island Resort sur la côte sud-ouest du golfe de Floride. Il n’existe pas de ponts ni de chaussées menant à l’île, ce qui garantit des vacances relaxantes et tropicales.
La station balnéaire insulaire englobe une portion de trois kilomètres de plages privées et immaculées à l’extrémité nord de Palm Island.
Les clients se rendent sur l'île en ferry et garent leur voiture dans le parking de l'île. Le transport est assuré par notre personnel de la cloche et des voiturettes de golf sont également disponibles à la location pour les clients enregistrés.

Great Place to Relax

the perfect getaway!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Of all the rentals we have stayed in, this was the worst. We left a list of problems and defects with the front desk. Unit # b3213a was over priced and was not at all what we have enjoyed in the past 34 visits. We enjoy the resort, and will be back again.

I went there for a special purpose. The property I stayed at was wonderful. It was well stocked with what I needed. I would definitely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Palm Island Resort. It feels a world away from the normal intense pace of life where we live in Orlando. Some of the things we love the most are... no stores or anything else "commercial" on the island, not having to drive & just getting around on foot or by golf cart, beautiful clear water, friendliness of the staff and the way they go the extra mile for the guests, beautiful grounds and landscaping, variety of activities on the island.

Fun Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at this property for a family spring break vacation. Overall it worked well for our family of 5. The location was great - pool right outside the building and a very short walk to the beach. We appreciated the amenities of the resort such as the Coconuts general store (although don't expect much selection) and the fitness center. The condition of the unit was good - not great. It was lightly updated at some point, but there are nicer units as far as updates. Overall, it had what we needed, and it worked well for our vacation.

However, the service at Reception was not as we expected. If we needed help to book an activity, we were just given a list of companies and we had to phone or email ourselves. Coming from the UK this was more difficult. It's expensive and not always easy on international calls.

We called and complained and they moved us to a "superior room"??? The new room was better. We were there with a large group and all received a golf cart in their package, we did not. I wish they did not make the room/ package selection so **** confusing. We did have a great time and the island is kept in good shape.

A fun and relaxing family week at Palm Island Resort

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have been coming to Palm Island with our children, and now with the grandchildren, for over 20 years. We always have a fun and relaxing time. This year was no exception. The resort staff were friendly and professional, the grounds and pool were well kept and the villas clean and in somewhat good shape. We rented two units; one of the units (3213) needs minor repairs and decluttering. There was no ice maker (pieces of the ice maker were sitting on top of the refrigerator), the kitchen needs a trash can (it had a small waste paper basket), the louver doors to the washer/dryer closet were broken (doors would not stay shut), cabinet drawers in bedroom closet were missing, and closets and drawers were cluttered with what looks like leftover projects (broken pieces of vertical blinds, old electronic components, miscellaneous pieces of hardware, etc.). We will be back again next year.

A Great Family Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Palm Island since the 1990's and have always enjoyed the beautiful gulf waters, the remoteness of the island, and the accommodations. Over the years our kids and now our grandchildren also have joined us on vacations and love it. While we usually rent different units each time we come, we are finding that some of the units really need to be updated, painted and new furniture. The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in this year definitely needed those things. The kitchen appliances were not in great working condition - there was no ice maker and the dishwasher quit working altogether. There was a shortage of silverware (only a few forks) and some of the pots and pans were in pretty bad shape. The living room furniture was worn and didn't look that clean. With that being said, we had a relaxing beach vacation with all the family, some of who stayed in another unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a top tier rental. We paid and were promised we would have one room with a queen bed and one room with a king. There was no queen bed but a double bed instead. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets and pots and pans were dirty and rusted. The bathrooms were dirty, moldy and grimy. Necessities like salt, pepper, oil were not available in the unit. Bellman was a half hour late for our checkout and when I called to make sure one was coming I got a rude response from the front desk. Beach was covered in dead fish and a beach walk could not even be enjoyed because of the smell.
