Central location near a lot of great historical places in Philly.

We enjoyed our week here. Plenty of restaurants and grocery options within easy walking distance, as well as historical attractions. South St. can get a bit rowdy on the weekends but that don’t make us like our stay any less.

Comfy stay

We were there for a couple of nights. The place was clean and spacious for a family of 5. Within walking distance to all the sights; some good dining options close by as well. It is on South Street, so can get a little noisy at night, but we are a family that sleeps with the TV on, so it didn't bother us at all but was definitely noticeable. Host/Mike was great!

Visiting historic Philadelphia

This a beautiful 3 bedroom fully modern apartment in a 125 year old building. The artwork is beautiful. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. definitelcome back.

Check in process was easy. The condo was clean and close by walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Will stay here again!

Was a great stay. Very nice listing exactly as described. Very interactive and accommodating. Close to grocery, restaurants, bus stop and kind of a funky little part of town. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks Philly, it was fun!

Great Stay

The property was perfect for our group. We had plenty of room and the location was perfect for seeing all the main sites and terrific local food places nearby for dinner and drinks. Liam was in touch and gave great recommendations- the souvlaki place was terrific! Great stay in a clean well maintained apartment. We would definitely stay there again for the comfort and location.

We stayed at Liam and Mike’s place for one night and it was perfect. They were such helpful and responsive hosts and the apartment in a good location! The place was nice and was exactly what we needed for our stay!

Convenient and comfortable get away

We came to do some sightseeing, eat at great restaurants and get our urban fix…. All accomplished at this very convenient and comfortable location. We felt at home.

Wonderful!!

The apartment is great. Located close to so many shops and restaurants as well as close to attractions. The place was super clean, the artwork was super cool. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again when in Philadelphia.

Spring Break trip to Philly

Such a cute place in a really cool/funky part of town! Listing was as described and had plenty of room for our group. Convenient to downtown and close to plenty of restaurants/attractions. The hosts were super gracious, very responsive and took time to connect with us and offer foodie recommendations. Would reccomend this property and these hosts anytime you are in Philly!

Great apartment on South St. Space was very clean & accurately described. Also was very quiet for urban location. Host was courteous enough to call me prior to check-in & was very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Philly to Arcadia trippers

Property was comfortable and adequately maintained but located with no parking. We paid $30 a day to park our car. A sink in one bathroom was completely plugged, no trash can was available except in the kitchen so trash from other rooms had to be carried out as it accumulated.

First time in Philly!

This place is fantastic! Perfect size (read LARGE) for my partner, myself and our kids. While we didn't spend a lot of time at the property, since we were out exploring, the time we did spend there, we were able to comfortably spread out - there's two bedrooms at one end of the property and across the condo there's another one with 2 beds. Our kids took one bathroom and we took the master bath, which was plenty of room! We were walking distance from everything we wanted to do (12 mins to Indepence Hall, 15 to the Museum of the American Revolution) and there were plenty of amazing places to eat. My kids loved federal donuts, which is a 1 minute walk from the front door. The property was clean and we felt safe, even staying in a city none of us had been to before. The building is secure - the street entrance to the building requires a code to get in. The only downside, which we had NO problem with because we're used to city noises, is the street below can be pretty noisy in the evening - music, people talking, cars honking. The easy way to remedy that is a noise machine or ear plugs, but again, we didn't consider it a negative because we live in a large, noisy city too, so we were lulled to sleep. Parking is not free. We paid 30 a day for overnight parking, but well worth it for how close we were to everything we wanted to see and do. The walk to parking is maybe 2 minutes. Thank you Liam and Mike for sharing such and amazing space and helping to make our trip so awesome!

Quick Philly trip to see P!nk

An amazing time was had by all!!! The unit mirrors the pictures and descriptions. The unit was very clean and had comfy beds. We had a group of 8 women and had plenty of room. Communication was quick. The unit does not offer parking, but we found a paid lot about a block away. $30 for overnight but worth it to have the car so close.We will be sure to recommend the unit to others!

Even better in person!

Sometimes pictures paint an inaccurately pretty picture - but in this case the pictures on the listing didn’t do it justice! It’s bigger in person and sleeping options galore. The neighborhood has character, great food options and an awesome record store very close by! My family and I had a great time in Philly with Liam’s place as home base!

Awesome Birthday Weekend

We cools not have chosen a better place to stay for a 50th birthday party weekend! This apartment is stunning with all the cool artwork on the walls. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable! It had all needed amenities and was extremely clean! Liam was an excellent host and communicative before and after our stay. We were close to restaurants and attractions that we had planned for the trip. Book this spot, you will love it!

Great space and location

The property itself was spacious and easily accommodated the group of us for our evening stay. It was clean and had all of the necessary amenities needed for our weekend in Philadelphia. The location put us within a 20 minute walk of Broad Street, Center City and Old City; all of the desired locations for our visit. It is also next door to a handful of great food options (including an excellent greek food destination) and local bars. Communication with the owners was always timely and they provided great recommendations along the way. Should I need to find a space to fit a group that size again, I will definitely be searching for this property.
