Newly Remodeled in winter of 2022. This is a 5 Bedroom/6 Bed home that accommodates up to 12 people. We are family friendly and dog friendly.

Great home and great location!

House was great and held everyone comfortably. Hot tub was wonderful and the entertainment area was awesome to relax in after soaking in the hot tub - pool table, TVs, bar area - lots of fun! Breakfast two mornings at the clubhouse was excellent, and the views are beautiful!

Wonderful home and view!

Nice, clean home, decorated well for the holidays. We enjoyed the two levels to separate the kiddos from others. It was so nice have a pool and hot tub. Thank you for having the home decorated and all the extra towels, linens and coffee. We appreciated our stay. Thank you!

Great stay!

We had a good time staying here. We did not realize that there was only one bathroom upstairs for 3 bedrooms that accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids, so that was a bit of a challenge. We appreciated the welcome gift, stocked game cabinet, and the host's quick and helpful communication.

The Hangout

House was very convenient for 10 family members to spend the week. Open space and the large dining table was extremely convenient. Enjoyed mornings sitting on the deck. Property owner was very helpful and responded quickly to texts. Very comfortable and great value. Lives up to what's advertised!

The Hangout

The Hangout was a great place to celebrate some birthdays in Galena. The property was accurate as described in the description, it was clean and check-in was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this property.

Well furnished home with beautiful scenery

We stayed for a week for extended family gathering. The house was great!!! Clean, well supplied & furnished. Fished and rented a pontoon boat on Eagle Ridge Lake. Enjoyed the nearby zip lining! Explored the Mounds and Main Street Galena. Great place to vacation!

Fun hangout for fam!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Hangout! It was conveniently located between Chestnut Mountain and Galena and gave us plenty of options! Our kids loved the games, hot tub window, community pool, and downstairs space. We loved the ease of check in/check out, the bedroom options, and the cleanliness and communication of the host. Nice place to stay with good amenities if you’d like to be situated neatly between the town and the ski resort.

Perfect Hangout for Office Staff Get Away

This property worked out perfect for our event. The house was beautiful, new and well appointed. Had everything we needed. Great location, great outdoor space for games and chilling around the fire pit. Great TV set up for those that had to watch the Football games. Would go back anytime. Owners were easy to deal with.

Cleqn , spacious, great attention to detail!

We had 8 people staying. There was plenty of room. The house was immaculate, plenty of kitchen options, hot tub was awesome and Jess was awesome to work with. Communication through the whole process was amazing. Definately will be back to stay when we are in area again!! Exceeded our expectations!

Great house for a large family !

We’ve been going to Galena for 40 years but we’ve never been to the Galena Territory. What a wonderful place. The owner’s club was fabulous with 2 great pools and so much to do. The house was perfect! Space for our entire family and everything you need. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our trip and are thankful that we found The Hangout! The house location was perfect, with lots of space in the yard and it was close to the Owner’s Club (which we accessed for the pool). Beautiful House Near Galena

I organized a retreat with a few girlfriends and could not have hosen a better place to stay! The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The host was very communicative and sent information on the area in advance so that we could take advantage of all the things to do in the area. The kitchen was well appointed and although we ate out most of the time, it would have had everything needed to prepare meals for a crowd. The beds were all comfortable and exactly as pictured. The jacuzzi was clean and heated to a perfect temperature. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing place for a group getaway!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. We made plenty of use of the pool table, the plethora of TVs, the hot tub, the beautiful yard, and the outdoor fire pit. They had all sorts of amenities for cooking meals (from a nice gas grill to a pizza cooker!) that made us feel right at home. The rooms are nice and big with plenty of well stocked bathrooms around the house. Jess also sent so many great communications that we had essentially zero questions about our stay. Check-in was flawless and everything about our stay was great! We will definitely be back.

Fun family hangout!

The Hangout was perfect for our extended family weekend getaway. Grandparents, parents, and the little kids (4-10) had a great time with plenty of room for our group of 10. With a nice big dinner table everyone had a seat for meals. The outdoor area is nice with plenty of spots by the firepit. A ton of TVs, a pool table, and a cornhole set for outside. Not to mention access to the Galena Territory Owners Club is included, which had a pool, arcade, and other amenities the kids loved. Owners made everything super easy. Would definitely come back.
