Perfect getaway for family and friends. Relax in the large living room with wood burning fireplace and attached sitting area. The home features 5 bedrooms. The main floor has the living room/sitting area, kitchen and dining area, 1 queen bedroom, a half bath and a walk out deck with gas grill. We have added a full bath with shower to the main floor bedroom, for those who have trouble with stairs. The second floor features the master bedroom with electric fireplace. It also includes his (shower) and hers (tub) full baths and a patio overlooking the beautiful backyard. It also has a king bedroom and large bedroom with 2 full beds separated by a full bath. The basement includes a large media room, game room with pool table, a bedroom with a full size bed and full bath. The laundry is also in the basement.
Enjoy all the amenities the Territory Owner' Club has to offer, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Golf, Horseback Riding, and Spa are also available.

Galena Girls' Weekend

This is a wonderful property and it worked perfectly for our girls' weekend. Very clean, spacious and well stocked... with thoughtful amenities in every one of the five bedrooms and bathrooms. The master suite is fabulous! Large private deck and fire pit great for socializing. We would highly recommend this home in Galena Territory.

Just like home

We had family members from 3 states, children through adult, meet at this beautiful home for a long weekend. The home was clean and functional for our group that likes to cook/grill out, enjoys bonfires, all the outdoor activities, and a good movie night. The home has easy access to all that Galena has to offer and the boys of local resort amenities. We would recommend this location for families or would be perfect for a couples or girls getaway!

Wonderful Home in The Galena Territory

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious, beautiful home. It was perfect for our family trip in the Galena Territory. The home had very comfortable beds and was well-appointed and supplied to meet our needs. We definitely want to return!

We stayed at Terri’s property for a family reunion. We’ve never been to Galena before and really loved it. The house is beautiful and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend this property to others!!

Summer getaway

My wife and I like to take our adult children and grandson on trips that are within a few hours of our homes. The house was perfect for our family. The pictures were accurate and showed the great layout. The owners club was fantastic. We enjoyed it Saturday and Sunday at the pool. The basement was great, pool table, darts, and plenty of games for our grandson. The host, Terri, was extremely easy to reach and help us out with a couple of questions that we had. Very simple check in/out process. We would highly recommend this place for a family gathering.

Family time

We gathered here as a meeting spot for family in who live in Iowa and Central Illinois. We enjoyed using the fire pit and deck areas. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed for making meals. Beds were comfy. Lots of space in home. Kids enjoyed the pool table in basement. Location was easy to find.

Presidents Day Weekend

Our family of 10 - 6 adults and 4 children (aged 6, 7, 8 & 11) enjoyed this home in the Galena Territory very much! There were plenty of bedrooms (although the one in the basement was pretty chilly), a well equipped kitchen and a dining area that allowed us to all be together. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the pool at the owners club. The primary bedroom is large and beautiful. The electric fireplace makes it very cozy! Terri and family thought of everything that makes a get away fun and stress free! We would definitely like to return there!

Holiday getaway

Proper was prefect for the 10 of us to all be together for the holiday. Great communication with the owner, answered emails promptly. Having a pool table and dart board in the basement was a huge hit. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Fantastic Stay

Wonderful, clean house with plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, and space. Appreciated little things like stocked bathrooms, beach towels and coffee filters. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.
