The property has a good layout, and is well decorated. The pans in the kitchen show a lot of wear and tear, the knives are very dull, the oven was not clean and so when we used it, it created smoke. There were spills from previous occupants that hadn’t been cleaned up. And while it is 100% our fault that our daughter forgot a packing cube in a dresser drawer, it took 10 days of back-and-forth to get the items shipped to us. And we were charged four times as much as the postage label. We realized shortly after we left that we had forgotten something and offered to go back and pick it up or to pick it up from the mailbox, but we’re told that that was not an option.

Bourbon Country Family Retreat

This property fit our family gathering of 14 perfectly. The home is in a prime location to distilleries, nice & clean, stocked with the basic amenities, and the game room was wonderful to have. We would definitely come back if we are in the area.

Bourbon trail and Keeneland Stay

Our group of 14 absolutely loved our stay. The accommodations were nice and spread out and provided incredible space for us all and we were not on top of each other. The bar/game room was a great space for us to relax and watch the NFL draft! We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic communications with the property manager and beyond easy check-in process. The managers provided a digital guide for all things home related and surroundings related prior to arrive so we went prepared. Will stay again in a heartbeat!

Bourbon Trail Getaway

We had a great long weekend getaway with some family and friends, exploring the bourbon trails near by. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space to stay comfortably. Location was ideal as it was nearby many of the distilleries we had on our list. Communication was the host was great and frequently checked in to see if anything was needed.Would certainly recommend and was stay there again!
