This is a beautiful place, perfect for our group, and couldnât be happier with the experience. Communication was seamless and helpful. Enough entertainment and amenities to not have to leave the amazing property. Iâd give it more than 5 stars if I could !

Our Kentucky trip was absolutely beautiful! The home was exactly as described and made the perfect place for our family to relax and make unforgettable memories. We spent our days swimming, playing games, laughing, and simply enjoying every moment together. It was everything we hoped for and more. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property! One-in-a-million! Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and had everything we needed to make the most wonderful family vacation. The main house was perfect for our family of 10. Definitely enough room for everyone! So clean! The pool and hot tubs were pristine, but we had the most fun on the lake. Kayaking and paddle boards were so much fun, as well as, hanging out on the dock. The boys played all night basketball on the lit basketball court, and we loved the covered pickle-ball court. All the equipment was provided. Nothing to bring or worry about! Donât even get me started on the game room! Countless games of pool! And, we had a blast playing the state-of-the art video games! We laughed so hard! We didnât use the 2nd house with the 3 extra bedrooms, but we toured it, and it was so spacious, beautiful, well-equipped! We regretted not inviting more people to come and stay!The best part was how easy it was to get to all the distilleries/Bourbon Trail! The property was close to all of them. The drive was super easy and quick! Even though the property makes you feel so away-from-it-all, you were definitely close enough to a Walmart for anything you may have forgotten!Lastly, Ryan, the owner, and his team were the best! So attentive to our needs! We will definitely come back to this property and any property that Ryan owns!

Bourbon Trail Escape is a beautiful house and property! Recently three generations of our family stayed for a week. We had plenty of space for 24 of us in the ten bedrooms. The extra living space in one of the outbuildings was also enjoyed. We had more than enough space in the kitchen and dining area of the main house (enough that we could all sit together at one table!). We spent a lot of time together on the wrap-around porch. Entertainment opportunities are many. During the week we had some who used the exercise room, did yoga, played shuffleboard, pickleball, bocce ball, and billiards, Some played video games in the arcade, which also included a mini-golf course. Some of the boys enjoyed the golf simulator, while others enjoyed movies in the theater. The play set was perfect for the younger kids in our group. Our son-in-law caught largemouth bass, crappie, and sunfish in the catch and release lake. Others used the provided kayaks and paddle boards in the lake. Everyone had fun in the outdoor pool. Ryan responded quickly to our questions and helped us recover an item that was left behind. We had a really great time at an incredible property, and were very impressed by the communications with the owner.

Our stay at Bourbon trails exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away. The property is even more breathtaking in person than the photos suggest, and every detail has clearly been designed with comfort, entertainment, and creating unforgettable memories in mind.There truly is something for everyone. The private heated pool was fantastic, the lake with the kayaks and paddleboards was beautiful and peaceful, and the illuminated fountain at night created such a relaxing atmosphere. The game room was beyond impressiveâour family spent hours enjoying the incredible variety of games, and it quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The theater room, hot tubs, sauna, gym, playground, fire pit, and countless outdoor activities meant there was never a dull moment.The home itself was clean, spacious, beautifully furnished, and exceptionally well equipped. We especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with so many bedrooms having their own bathrooms, making it perfect for larger families or groups. Every amenity felt luxurious while still maintaining the warmth and comfort of a home.Ryan and Johanna have truly created something special. Their communication was outstanding, they clearly care deeply about their guests' experience, and it shows in every aspect of the property.This wasn't just a vacation rentalâit was an experience our family will be talking about for a long time! Absolutely Incredible Property for Large Groups!Our stay at this lakefront property was nothing short of amazing. The home is beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and perfect for large families or group gatherings. With plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone had their own space while still being able to enjoy time together.The amenities truly set this property apart. The heated pool was a huge hit, the pickleball court provided hours of fun, and the game room kept everyone entertained. The private theatre was perfect for movie nights, and the golf simulator was an unexpected favorite among our group.The lake views were stunning, and the outdoor areas were ideal for relaxing, grilling, and spending quality time together. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing.The host was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, making check-in and our stay completely stress-free. Ryan was a constant resource and Made us feel welcome the entire time. This house was our plan B over Fatherâs Day weekend, and Ryan and his team worked double time to ensure it was ready even before it was officially on the market. I sincerely donât know what we would have done if he hadnât have stepped in to help. This was easily one of the best vacation rentals we've ever experienced.
