Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

4) Visitors are not permitted unless you make a special request to the host and receive approval.
5) We have exterior surveillance of the front parking area. They are in place for security of guests and the home. We do NOT have interior cameras nor camera in the backyard.
6) We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs for same-day turnarounds.
7) For days without same-day turnarounds, we offer early check-ins and late check-outs at the following rates: $100 for up to 2 hours, $250 for 2 to 4 hours, and a full day's rate for
