The resort requires that each guest 6 and older have a wristband while staying at the property and must be worn at all times. The wristband gives guests access to all amenities of the resort. We will provide up to 2 wristbands for each reservation (reimburse up to $40 after your stay with an uploaded receipt). You will need to purchase wristbands and parking pass from the resort office before 4:00 PM for $20 each and parking pass for $25 per car (up to 2 cars). If stay is more than 10 days, wristbands will be $40 each and parking passes are $50 each. Parking is on a first come first server basis.
★ BOOKING AGE
You must be 25 years of age to book this condo. The booking Guest must occupy the property during the reserved period. Reservations made under false pretense are subject to termination and forfeiture of all monies paid. A copy of your Drivers License is required with the reservation.
★ ENTRY - Check in / Checkout
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check in any time after 4:00 PM EST / Checkout is 10:00 AM EST.
We can not accommodate any early check-ins or late checkout to ensure our cleaners are not rushed/delayed to have ample time to get the property ready for you and/or our next guests. There is a late checkout fee of $50 for every 30 minutes.
★ OCCUPANCY
Only the registered guests are allowed on property due to liability concerns/issues. No more than the max allowed guests (includes adults and children) are allowed on the property at any time due to local Fire Marshall code. If max guests is exceeded, the reservation will be cancelled without refund and you will immediately vacate the property.
★ SECURITY
Ring Camera at the front entrance pointed outward that is actively recording during your stay (Please do NOT touch).

The internet is used for controlling multiple devices on the property and must be on at all times (Do NOT unplug).
★ AMENITIES
We provide start-up supplies: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, trash can liners, and hand soap. You will need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays or heavy usage.
★ PETS
NO PETS allowed. For the health and safety of all of our guests, we do not permit pets in our property. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an addition $200 cleaning fee.
★ SMOKING
NO Smoking or vaping on premise. A $200 fee will be charged for additional cleaning required.
★ QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be keep noise to a minimum so that other guests can also enjoy their stay.
★ RESORT AMENITIES
We DO NOT guarantee availability of these amenities as they are common areas and use at your own risk as there are no life guards.
★ RESORT VIOLATION FEES
Any fee's charged to host due to guests violating resort rules/policies or city ordinances will be charged to guests. This includes but not limited to items such as not purchasing wristbands or parking passes, damaging resort property, and noise or fire/capacity ordinances.
★ LEASE AGREEMENT
Any booking over 14 days will require signing of a lease agreement/contract.
★ REFUNDS
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance as we do not offer refunds for Weather, Natural Disasters, events out our control, or anything outside of our refund policy.
