Cet appareil est livré avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour vous d'avoir un séjour mémorable. L'unité 2/2 est très spacieux que tout le monde aura beaucoup de place. Les chambres sont joliment décorées et sont soutenus par deux salles de bains.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour les repas et la préparation de la boisson et de la laveuse et la sécheuse sont excellentes unités.
Téléviseurs à écran plat sont situés dans le salon (écran large) et dans les deux chambres.
Une connexion Internet est disponible et les instructions sont incluses dans le liant de bienvenue intérieur de la copropriété.
La vue du balcon de la plage de sable blanc du Golfe et de vastes nacrée est absolument à couper le souffle.
Tidewater Beach Resort est situé sur la plage avec un accès direct. Les chaises longues et parasols sont disponibles moyennant un supplément journalier nominal. Quatre chaises de plage sont logés sur le balcon pour une utilisation sur la plage.
Les familles et les Snowbirds sont les bienvenus. Non fumeur et sans animaux.

We stated for a week and during our stay it was great! The communication was perfect prior to the stay and the listing was exactly what we wanted! The views, location, and condo was outstanding! I would recommend staying here!

Love this getaway

I like Tidewater. Everyone complains on the elevators and yes, its annoying, but its like that everywhere. The property is great and has everything you could need. Its walking distance to the pier and to a souvenir shop across the street. The property has an arcade and a movie theater. Once you figure out some tricks to working your vacation and thr property, its honeatly a great spot

Tidewater Fun

Stayed for a week with our family and a couple of friends. Condo was spacious and just right for our needs. Georgie was as accommodating as can be, and easy to get a hold of if we needed something! It was about as relaxing a vacation as we could have dreamed!

The location of the condo was perfect

We really enjoyed unit #2200 There was plenty of space and we felt very safe. I would certainly recommend this unit to family and friends. Georgie is an amazing person and she was so right about the breathtaking sunsets.

The condo was great beautifully decorated, fully appointed kitchen and high quality bed linens.

Don't let the talk of the elevators scare you away. We went in the height of the season and they weren't bad at all. Well worth it for the magnicent sunset view

Great Girls Trip

My friends and I highly enjoyed our trip to the beach and our stay at Tidewater. The room was great and the elevator issue wasn’t too bad at all. We would recommend this to a friend and that may happen soon. Excellent communication with owner throughout the whole process and hope to stay there again in the near future.

Great place and great host!

This condo was well worth the money. Georgie was such a great host. The condo was clean, had enough towels, and was a great location. The only thing is that The Tidewater elevators are so slow. This is nothing that the host can do anything about. If you can handle that, I would definitely book this place. I would stay here again for sure!

Condo was beautiful with an amazing view

We enjoyed our stay and it soon felt like home. Comfortable recliners in living room. Kitchen was well stocked with most everything I needed to cook with. Georgie was prompt with a couple of mechanical things that needed attention. She was truly a joy to work with, the view from this condo is amazing, in fact I think the best in Tidewater.

Home away from home

This condo is beautiful and has one of the most amazing views in all of Tidewater. The kitchen was well stocked and served me well as I did considerable cooking during our two month stay. The absolute best part has been getting to know Georgie the owner. She is a lovely lady and I came away from this experience making a new friend. Maintenance issues were promptly attended to. Overall, it was a great experience!

Stay at Tidewater Resort

Overall our stay was good. The only thing the bed sheets on both beds had not been changed and were dirty. We went to the store and purchased bed linen, paper towel and tissue. There was not enough in the rooms. Floors were dusty and we had to reclean both bathrooms.

Butch & Georgia are wonderful hosts. Both have been attentive since booking their condo. The condo is very clean & well stocked. The condo elevator wait is real 😉 but after reading the reviews, I knew to expect it. The condo is addressing the problem. They sent attendants during heavy traffic times to keep the elevators from stopping at each floor. They are also replacing two elevators soon (several were out of order). There is also road construction in front of the condo but Butch had prepared us for it & it wasn’t a big deal. We had a great, relaxing vacation! We look forward to returning!

Amazing View!

My mom and I just returned from the first vacation we have ever been on and let me tell you, it was awesome! Georgie, the owner, was very sweet and helpful when booking. She answered all of our questions, and we had a lot. From the moment we walked in the condo, we were in awe of the views. All you could see for miles was white sand and emerald water. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I honestly think I could have just moved in and stayed. The resort was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the pier. If we ever go back, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment & the elevator

This apartment is SO BEAUTIFUL AND HOMEY!!! The views alone made this vacation worth it. I would definitely give the apartment a five star rating but I was truly horrified by The Tidewater Resort. There were SO MANY PEOPLE everywhere I didn’t feel like I was ever able to relax. I won’t even get into the elevators…. However, none of this is Georgie’s fault.

A truly unforgettable experience

As soon as we walked in the room, we fell in love. The bedrooms were superb and very well taken care of. The balcony view was TO DIE FOR!!! Each morning, we stepped out on the balcony to see small schools of sting rays in the water and deep blue ocean as far as the eye could see. It was the best view all the way up from the 22nd floor! The beach was nice and secluded at night, so much that I proposed to my girlfriend of 3 years, and it really felt like we were the only ones there. I highly recommend this property as my fiance and I are definitely thinking of revisiting for the honeymoon!!!

Terrific Choice

Georgie: You have a wonderful place! We have never stayed in Panama City Beach before and we were pleased. Your home is inviting and has nearly all the amenities one could want. If only you had your own private elevator then you'd be the hit of the property! :) I appreciate your quick responses when we couldn't find things or had a question. Thank you for offering YOUR home away from home as an option for those of us looking for a home away from home while on vacation. It's perfect.

Elevator shortage!

The property is great and was exactly as described. However, we spent probably 1/4 of our time at the property waiting on an elevator. Sometimes longer than an hour. I suggest finding somewhere else to stay with better elevator service!

Nice inside unit

The unit was nice. I had issues with property. The elevators are so slow and take 20-30 minutes. But biggest problem was we had 2 grapes roll off balcony and I don’t know what security guard told management but they came back and said we are evicted. He had no interest in listening to us. Don’t take food on balcony. The owner tried to work with us but we were out a lot of money and had to find a new place to stay which was outrageous last minute. This was 25th anniversary and it was ruined.

Great Condo with beautiful views

This condo has great views to the west of PCB, perched on the side of the 30 story building. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was clean and organized well with comfortable chairs to relax in after a long day at the beach. It even had a beach cart which made transporting all our stuff to the beach so much easier! It's less than a mile from Pier Park. The owners were great to work with, which made the rental process very painless! Even though you're on the 22nd floor, you can still hear the waves but you're far from the beach crowds below. Security was on-site 24/7 in both the building and the parking lot. They were even present on the beach to be sure that only guests at Tidewater were the ones on the property. As much as we disliked wearing our armbands for a week, it was reassuring to know that security was keeping an eye on things while we were there. The biggest negative I have concerning Tidewater is the elevators. There was always a long wait time and it was always the topic of conversation with anyone you spoke to. There are three elevators on each tower, but unfortunately they service all floors, so if you're on a high floor, sometimes you have to wait a while. We often wondered why they didn't have separate elevators for the high floors. If you like an area with lots of activity during the summer, this is a good option. Jet ski, banana bus and water inflatables were on the beach here, as well as kayak rentals. There are four rows of beach chairs that are also available at the property. The two outside pools were not crowded while we were there (first week of August). The inside heated pool was usually the popular spot.

We are a retired couple having served for three decades in the health care arena. It has been our pleasure serving others throughout our professional walk. As we begin this new chapter in our lives, we wish to make available to others our nicely appointed condo, which has a spectacular view of the beautiful Gulf and its endless white sand beaches. Having traveled extensively, rest assured that few oceanic settings can rival this Gulf setting where you can easily see God's handiwork on a daily basis.

The views of the crystal clear Gulf and sterling white sandy beach are what sold us this property without question. If you stayed in this condo and never went to the beach, you would still leave PCB having enjoyed your stay because of the spectacular views.
