Endless Summer F11 is a 2BR/2BA condo located on the west end of Panama City Beach, just across the street from the sugar-white sands and emerald Gulf waters. Step inside and be welcomed by fresh paint and new laminate flooring throughout. This beautiful third floor condo offers relaxing pool views from the balcony,  a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a queen bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in the loft with access up a new staircase. This unit sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. Take the short stroll to the beach, chill by one of the two pools, and check out Pier Park only 2 miles away! Located only 2 miles from Pier Park, the Endless Summer complex offers easy beach access right across the street! With two spacious pools, fenced-in deck areas, shuffleboard, and a barbecue grilling area, Endless Summer has everything to fit your family’s needs! This complex is family-friendly and has 2 beach access points directly across the street. Have your next vacation at Endless Summer and be only a short walk to the sugar-white sands and emerald Gulf waters of Panama City Beach! The unit was as outlined in the listing. Great location.

The pool area needed some umbrellas, there was bo shade at the pool. The drink vending machine at the clubhouse was broken. The units vertical blinds kept falling off the clips and some were missing. Needed pot holders in the kitchen. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was great.

Overall a nice quiet place. It was as pictured, kids loved the loft! A few small issues but would definitely stay again (probably not on the 3rd floor- no elevator). The bed was missing a leg so it was a bit wobbly. The pool was freezing even though it was in the 80's. I've used VRBO several times and this is the first time I've been given so little info. Usually there is menu's for local restaurants, tourist attraction brochures or at least posted check out info. So I was a little confused about what to do with linens and such. I did check my email a few hours after leaving and realized that they emailed the instructions! I made a point not to check email as I was on vacation,sorry! And there was a tornado(possibly) that took the umbrella from the balcony! We were able to find it the next day but it was broken.

We are very happy to know that you thought this was a nice, quiet place overall. We apologize for any frustration or discomfort experienced during your stay. Normally an email is sent on the day of arrival at 2:00 p.m., which provides gate codes, door codes, parking information, etc. There is also a placard on the refrigerator with Wi-Fi passwords, gate codes, phone numbers, trash pick-up dates, etc. We are more than happy to answer any questions that we receive through phone calls and/or emails. We will forward your message to property managers so that they may make sure that the bed has been fixed. We unfortunately have no control over the temperature of this complex's pool. Endless Summer F11

The property was great needs to be mentioned in the details that it’s on the third floor and there is three sets of steps also the kitchen needs utensils for grill such as tongs. And the kitchen needs oven mitts and a hand mixer. Could also use another big skillet. Overall the stay was great. Check in wasn’t the greatest being that I had to contact to get the code prior to arrival they got it to me pretty quick. Also if you’re going to wash any clothes you will need your own detergent that’s not supplied and we stayed a week with four people and two kids and had one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper for the whole week. Also you will need to buy a parking pass which is $20.
