Pastel Pink Apartment With A Rooftop

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The unit has two bedrooms and one couch that can be slept on. 10 minutes from Center City Philadelphia. Also five minutes from tons of cafes and restaurants. There are lots of photo areas in the home. Everything is pink pastel-themed. We have a fully stocked coffee bar—also a rooftop and a balcony. This pink apartment has everything to offer plus we have free parking.

Loved the decorations and my kids did too. Located centrally to just about everything, it made getting places super easy.

Great stay!

My niece and I enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to all of my questions! The parking was a little difficult just due to the other cars around, but it was nice to have!

Girl’s weekend for my daughter

We stayed 2 nights to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday. Host responded quickly to all questions. Girls had a great time place was so cute perfect gor snapping tons of pics!

Stay at the pink palace

I stayed here from January 13th-15th. I enjoyed my stay. It’s so beautiful inside and very spacious. The host was very nice and and accommodating and replied back very fast. I had a good birthday stay. Make sure you guys book!! You will truly love the experience. Thank you😁

Birthday weekend

I loved my stay here even recommended the home to others. The check in process was very smooth and I walked into a beautiful home decorated, and the home gave very much selfie, picture worthy. An aesthetically pleasing apartment. I had a get together with my friends and we enjoyed ourselves. The neighbors were very nice and patient. Book this place. These girls are doing any amazing job !!! Even had cooking utensils and plates and spoons also ice !

Catfished!!

This rental has potential but lack of work was put into it . The unit was updated but dirty, the hosts was not friendly nor did she respond after the first day. The building is in an alley next door to and abandoned house from the 50’s. Rats in back yard
.. Online it states: to park in the patch of grass

 No patch of grass but an entire forest , so parking will not work. Smoke detectors missing, beds not secured and old , chipped paint throughout and had a smell . We were catfished !! This was the worst rental on vrbo that I’ve stayed at.

Pulling up to the property, it’s in an area still being gentrified, that’s to say it’s sketchy af, litter in streets, rundown buildings dotted among the generic million dollar renovated townhouses. Random people walking around the alleyway, by your car. Does not feel safely walkable. We ubered everywhere or drove. The property itself seems much nicer, cleaner and well kempt in pics (filters help!). In real life the walls are smudged, marks on stairs, the kitchen was covered in fingerprints w/ grease on the microwave handle- we immediately cleaned that for ourselves. The bathroom is dusty on the baseboards, other people’s hair and body cells. The rooms and every detail meant to be girly & cute was just cheap. There was previous guest trash left under one of the beds. I couldn’t reach all of it when we cleaned before we left. There’s apparent controversy concerning this house- the owners are suspected of trashing their own house and making a fraudulent claim. Google it! The paint and wallpaper looks awful. Nice in theory but not nice in real life. Wouldn’t stay again, don’t recommend. Oh and they forgot to leave us a key. And the clean laundry in the dryer had stained underwear in the load with it- kind of gross for guests. The broken storage box where other presumably clean linens were stored in a heap w/ dirty sneakers. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and you could feel & hear the waterproof liner. At least the AC worked and the view frm roof deck was good. Broken swing
