The third guest room is located on the lower Level perfect for the kids as its equipped with bunkbed and a queen-size bed. The spacious deck boasts views of Cape Cod Bay with ample seating for just plain relaxing or catching up with your favorite book. Your retreat is spectacularly situated on the edge of a marshland conservation area boasts deeded access to a private beach on Cape Cod Bay.
