Welcome to YOUR Oasis and relax to Top-Floor OCEAN, SAND, & PIER VIEWS while sipping your coffee and listening to the waves in a QUIET and Gated BEACHFRONT community.
"OCEANSIDE OASIS," is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath beachfront condo located in the highly desirable gated community of San Miguel II, boasts stunning sit-down, Ocean, Beach, Pier, & Sunset Views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and of course, the balcony. Because we're on the TOP FLOOR, you can see the Entire Pier, as well as over 180 degrees of the majestic California coastline including the Oceanside jetties by the marina directly from the living room.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Oceanside Oasis is NOT CHILD FRIENDLY and may not be safe for children. The home contains upscale fragile décor throughout and is not childproofed.
-A 31-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL (per HOA). We only rent this property by the calendar month (for example, all of June), usually by checking in on the last day of the prior month and checking out the first day of the following month (second half of May and first half Oct. are also available if interested).
-SELECTING a 31-NIGHT STAY REMOVES the 11.5% Oceanside transient tax.
-One flight of stairs is required to access the unit after taking the elevator from the garage.

Oceanside Oasis is equipped with high-speed 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, supported by three Google Mesh access points for a strong, ultra-fast, and stable connection in every room, including the balcony and front patio.
LIVING ROOM:
Thoughtfully designed for long, relaxing stays. Choose from a 4-seater couch or settle into one of our two brand-new oversized electric recliners perfect for TV, reading, napping, or watching the waves roll in.
Catch your favorite programs on our 2025 state-of-the-art 75-inch Micro-LED flatscreen, complete with 200+ Dish TV channels, DVR, and free Netflix. A Sonos Ultra sound system enhances your viewing experience or lets you play your favorite music straight from your phone.
Or, skip the screen altogether and simply open the balcony door, recline, and unwind to the gentle soothing sound of the ocean waves.
DINING ROOM:
Spacious dining table with seating for five and can be turned to accommodate six to eight (with two benches and two chairs).
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped kitchen is ready for your extended stay. It features brand-new (2025) Café appliances, and a full remodel with new cabinets and countertops will be completed in January 2027.
Weâve stocked the kitchen with everything you might need, chosen for its durability and quality, from stoneware dishes to professional-grade All-Clad cookware. Also enjoy a traditional drip coffee maker, Vitamix blender, and a full range of kitchen utensils and accessories.
BEDROOMS:
The Main Bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, featuring a top-of-the-line King mattress (2025) a must-have for a great night sleep. You'll also enjoy a private en suite bathroom with a tub, a spacious newly built out walk-in closet, and a 55â smart TV with free Netflix.
The Guest Bedroom includes a Queen bed with a newer comfy Sealy Posturepedic mattress for a restful nightâs sleep.
PARKING:
2 reserved parking spots in our underground parking garage (with elevator), ensures that your vehicle is out of the sun and safe during your stay.
Guest Parking Pass for parking an extra car in the lower garage.
Resident Parking Permit for free street parking in the surrounding areas.
MISCELLANEOUS:
-Washer/Dryer in the hallway.
-Ceiling fans in both bedrooms, as well as living room and dining area (4 total).
