We had a great stay overall. The house was very clean and the location was excellent—super convenient for skiing.Just a couple of things to be aware of: there are quite a few stairs from the parking area down to the unit, which makes unloading and loading a bit of work, especially with ski gear. The entryway is also pretty small, so it can be tricky to get everyone and everything inside without tracking in snow.The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place and we’d definitely recommend it.

This is a lovely condo situated very close to Stratton Village and the base mountain. Due to food allergies, I primarily cook when on vacation and the kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you'll need to cook with and a nice supply of spices but you will need to bring your own condiments, butter etc. as everything is cleared upon leaving. (Or pick these things up at one of the local markets) There was plenty of firewood supplied for us to have a nightly fire. The condo is very clean, well maintained and the host is very responsive. I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Condo was very well appointed, clean and accurate to the listing. It was a short 4 min drive to the base of Stratton. Stocked wood for the fireplace was an added bonus. Bedrooms are good size. Kitchen had all the needed items for making meals. Perfect couple of days.

Wonderful summer stay

Andrew’s place was a great find. I wanted a place for the summer months that was close to Stratton tennis but where I could also work remotely. Location was perfect and quiet. The great layout and cleanliness of the space were the first things I noticed. Andrew was very communicative and responsive. The place had everything I needed. Highly recommend.

Spacious and comfortable

After a windy New Years Day on the mountain, our post holiday stay was just what we were looking for. Spacious with a huge TV and sofa, cozy with ability to adjust the temperature in each room and a spiral staircase enjoyed by my grandson. Andrew responded immediately when we needed to get in touch. And the proximity to Stratton Mt Ski area was just a 2 mi drive up the road. Wonderful spot.

Amazing rental property for a VT getaway of any kind. We were in the area for a wedding nearby, but this unit is a stone’s throw from Stratton Mountain and easily accessible to nearby Manchester as well. High-end fixtures and thoughtful details are abundant. You will not be disappointed - highly, highly recommend.

Wonderful condo! Great location!

My husband, son and 3 of his friends stayed at Andrew's condo. The boys are seniors and for them it was a senior trip and first time skiing! Had a blast! The condo is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Modern with all the amenities but also cozy. Kitchen had everything and more that we needed. State of the art appliances, washer/dryer and heating. Andrew responded very quickly to any questions/needs that arose. Great host! Would definitely book again if available. Only a 5 minute drive to Stratton/Lot 1 parking.

We had a wonderful, excellent stay at this place. It's only few minutes of drive from Stratton Mountain. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary modern clean appliances, utensils all were in a perfect condition. The bathrooms were super clean with nice quality shampoo, conditioner. The bed sheets were crispy and clean. Everything we needed was there and exceeded our expectations - huge TV with multiple streaming apps, board games, plenty of dry firewood, state of art thermostats to adjust the temperature in each room. The condo was decorated with taste and the furniture was very comfortable. The owner was always very responsive and considerate. Great host! I am thankful for a great time there and definitely would stay again! Highly recommend.

Felt like home immediately. So nice to not have to buy salt and pepper, basic essentials were available unlike most rentals. Place was clean and updated bathrooms.
