Great property in an excellent location! It’s just a couple of blocks from King Street, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and everything downtown Charleston has to offer.The home was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring.The hosts were friendly, responsive, and great to work with throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston!

Parking was troublesome and unit needed flooring. Would be excellent place if it had a pool. Clean and plenty of space to sleep with goid location to walk to shopping.

Great stay overall for a our quick night in Charleston. The Hosts/Property Mgmt company was very accommodating and detailed on check in instructions, check out instructions, etc. Nice, quick, easy walk to King St and back. Great bagel place around the corner from the property for breakfast.

Yes, We felt the advertising/pictures were misleading…we should’ve asked to see pictures of the outside; and surprised the floor was cement when we walked in the door.We did love every bedroom had a bathroom.

Great place to stay in Charleston

We had a wonderful trip. This place was super clean and had everything we needed to make our trip spectacular. The property manager responds quickly making sure all questions are answered immediately. Highly recommend!!

Great stay in an incredible location

Overall a great stay at this location. The house was beautiful and perfect for a larger group. It was right near downtown which made it very walkable. I would highly recommend this house. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Great Location and Cozy Spot

Looking for a place to park your car and enjoy the Holy City, this is your place! With a bakery and little eateries and bars within a couple of blocks and King Street just a 15-20 minute walk, this was the perfect spot for our group of 10!

Perfect Large Group Stay

We had a great time staying at the Palmetto Villa. The rooms all have a bathroom attached, so it was perfect for our group of 11 girls. The location is a short walk to King Street and there is plenty of places to go to nearby. The place was clean and I would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a girls weekend!

We loved staying here for a bachelorette trip! The location is perfect, so close to all the restaurants and bars. We had an issue with the AC, but the property managers were so responsive and sent someone out within an hour of calling. Would definitely stay again!
