We are so honored to welcome the stunning Catoor house! This gorgeous, unique, modern but so comfortable home is truly a special place to experience the Oregon Coast. The house was designed to showcase the front row oceanfront views from the rooftop deck, spacious great room and the primary bedroom with direct beach access. The main floor great room is spacious, cozy and stunning with a modern glass fireplace, big comfy couch, tv and plenty of room for dining. The dreamy kitchen has double ovens, and plenty of counters for meal prep with family and friends. The bedrooms are spacious and lux with upgraded amenities and stunning bathrooms. The garage is available and has beach chairs and additional storage.

Layout: Mid level entry. Upstairs is great room with large kitchen, dining area, large couch, fireplace and roof-deck access. Mid-level floor has garage access, laundry room, full hall bath, primary bedroom with king bed, beach access and full bath. Downstairs has a spacious den, a bunk room with 2 sets of twin/twin bunks, a hall bath, and 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds. The bedrooms share a full bath.
This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Security, pride in ownership and peaceful enjoyment of the coastal experience is shared by Kiwanda Shores homeowners and renters alike. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

This home is built directly on a sand dune that leads to the beach. During winter storms the sand can quickly drift and accumulate around the property sometimes affecting the ocean view. Although we make every effort to remove the sand and preserve the view prior to your stay, the winter weather makes this difficult to predict and views may not be guaranteed.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
