This home can accommodate 6 adults (age 11+) and 3 children (age 10 and under including infants) as per the property's short term accommodation license. The Addison is a secluded, newly renovated farmhouse in beautiful Ameliasburgh. Escape from the city life in this modern retreat with all the comforts of home. The ideal place to gather with family and friends and make some beautiful memories! The Addison has 3 large bedrooms, each with the most comfortable King size bed and dedicated workspaces. The perfect place to host your family and friends with 2 large living spaces spread over 2 spacious levels. Enjoy cooking a beautiful meal in our fully stocked kitchen and then dine with your group at the large harvest table. There is also a BBQ and large exterior table if you prefer to cook and eat outside. The backyard is your own private oasis and you will feel like you are the only person for miles. We invite you to roast marshmallows by the fire, soak in the hot tub or just gaze at the stars. Our heated in-ground pool is the perfect way to spend your summer days and the gazebo (which we call the Zen Den) is the perfect way to spend your summer nights. This space is truly magical and you may never want to leave. Please note that the home has an additional single bed in the loft bedroom. The cleaning fee includes linens for the 3 king beds. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets for the 4th bed. STA License #: ST-2022-0040

A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
