Enjoy this chic Mid Century Style saltwater pool and spa home. You feel at home quickly, notably stepping outward and unwind by the bountiful covered porch facing the gleaming saltwater Pool/Spa.
Open living room with fireplace overlooks the lush front yard and pool area. It is equipped with a New LG SMART TV 55" with YouTube TV, Netflix, and other applications.
The Grand Master Bedroom has direct admittance to the pool area and offers a modern ensuite 3/4 bathroom with a king bed - Second generous bedroom with a full bath and a queen bed.
Kitchen -open towards the living/ dining area - fully stocked and refurbished kitchen with a stainless steel farmer's sink, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator with an icemaker. We also are equipped with a coffeemaker, milk frother, blender, and microwave.
Dining - table seating for six people and direct access to the covered porch area with pool and spa.
Laundry - we have a new washer and dryer.
Two car garage.
Small portable baby crib.

We have a base price for two people (the most reasonable) for any additional guests beyond two people; the booking site automatically adds $15 per person per night. If you enter for two people but are four, the system will not provide the correct rate.
The one-time pet fee is $75, and an additional $25.
AC Summer: The NEST does not cool below 75°F during the day when temperatures exceed 100°F to prevent freezing. We can adjust to 72F at night. The AC is not designed to cool more than 25 degrees below the outside temperature. The minimum age requirement is 25 years old for the principal booker.
Pool and Spa heating is NOT included in the rental. We require an additional pool fee of $75-150 PER DAY, plus a $35 per day SPA fee, plus 11% taxes, depending on the season. We DO NOT preheat the pool and spa; we begin heating the pool once the previous guest has checked out. During the hot months of July, August, and September, we typically do not charge a pool fee. We may charge a pool fee during April, May, and June. You are required to sign the agreement sent via DocuSign in accordance with city noise policies.
