Thank you for your review. We’re glad you and your family enjoyed the home, the location, and the convenience of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to the city’s attractions. We’re sorry to hear about the concerns you experienced during your stay. Regarding the air conditioning, the system is remotely monitored and was functioning properly before and after check out; it appears the thermostat schedule may have become activated during your stay. We do wish we had been notified while you were at the property, as we could have checked the thermostat remotely in real time and quickly corrected the settings if needed to ensure your comfort. We also remind guests as in the check-in memo, to not input/activate a schedule, so we appreciate your feedback so we can send additional reminders. We also appreciate the feedback about the porches. They are cleaned regularly, but outdoor areas can quickly accumulate pollen, leaves, and debris depending on the weather. We’ll make sure they receive extra attention before future arrivals. Regarding check-in, we provide access beginning at the advertised 4:00 p.m. check-in time to ensure the home has been fully cleaned and prepared for each guest. While we occasionally can accommodate early check-in, it depends on our cleaning schedule and cannot be guaranteed. Thank you again for your feedback. Hi Kelsey, thanks for staying with us! We had the system checked out after your stay/review and learned the previous guest/s before you had accidentally broke one of the toggles on the thermostat when changing the settings on the system, and didn’t let us know. We weren’t aware until you mentioned it, so we had the tech check it out. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks for letting us know, as it has been fully repaired since your stay.
