Joliment décoré, situé dans une communauté haut de gamme sur une grande plage familiale calme. Ocean Isle Beach est un endroit idéal pour être sur la côte de Caroline du Nord. OIB est une île barrière de 7 miles de long avec une large plage peu fréquentée dans la partie sud de la Caroline du Nord. L'île est un endroit calme et familial entouré de tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter en vacances: de bons restaurants, littéralement des centaines de terrains de golf, de la pêche de toutes sortes, des sites historiques, du shopping, de la natation, du soleil et de l'agitation de Myrtle Beach avec tous de ses attractions est à seulement 30 miles. Notre copropriété, située à l'extrémité ouest de l'île. À quelques pas de la plage et de la piscine.

One of my favorite stays in OIB - will be back!

As someone who’s been coming to Ocean Isle Beach for years now, this was one of my all time favorite stays. The property manager, Joe, is extremely accommodating, timely and quick to respond — which made the overall stay easy.The condo itself is very clean, updated and perfect for groups of any kind it seems. While I didn’t bring kids on this trip, I can see how this would be a good fit for families as there are bunk beds for younger ones (or even adults too!). The views of the beach from the condo are pretty unbeatable as you get a view of the front row and beyond.Not to mention you can take advantage of the tennis and pickleball courts, in addition to the pool and tiki bar just a short walk away — this was a big hit for our group after a long day at the beach.Given what other properties are charging at OIB these days, this is definitely a good deal. I will be back!

Awesome view from porch

Nice second row with ocean view,elevator was great help. We got to ride our bikes on island,beach was great, living room door was in process of being replace so we couldn’t access porch from it or see through plastic. But no fault of owner he was waiting on carpenter crew. Would definitely go back!

Family holiday

Owner knew when we were arriving and allowed us in earlier than listed however door literally was open when my daughter arrived. Owner notified of Place was ok ? Cleaned recently as Oven had old used foil with debris still present Double bed really unusable more like futon very firm but saggy mattress other beds ok Cookware , very sad Teflon scraped off mostly unusable. We did bring some of our own The kitchen light didn't work. Owner notified of We really love this beach area and all that it offers but probably would not recommend this property We made best of situation despite less than homey

Overall great stay! 4.5 Stars

First arrival - check in was quick and easy! Upon entry we could tell the condo was so clean! It smelled and looked fantastic! Short walk to the beach, nice storage space for beach equipment. Walk to the pool was slightly farther than expected but we did not mind. Plenty of space to relax! Downfalls- beds are not comfy, kitchen pans need replaced, front bedroom needs a dark set of curtains to block outside lights, PTAC unit needs cleaned (moldy). We would stay again!

Nice Stay

Great stay! Beach access is two cottages down, close easy walk. The pool is a bit further away, too far for our 2 year old (and seniors with knee issues) to walk. Free parking at pool (with pass), if you want to drive. Pool is beach front, with access to beach and a restaurant. There's a unit closet available on ground level to store beach equipment. Owner responded quickly to a singular concern regarding dishwasher, and resolved it. Would recommend and return.

Our condo was super clean, very easy to check in, everything we could possibly need was provided, and the location was PERFECT. I would definitely stay here again next year. 10/10 recommend this property! :)

Memorial Day Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this condo unit. Close proximity to the beach was a plus- very convenient location! The unit was clean. The grill was missing. The basketball court for the complex was very nice and our teenage boys enjoyed it a lot. Owner communicated well during our stay when we reached out. It was a great price for the location!

Expectations Met

Condo was in great location with view of ocean, in nice neighborhood and near pool, with short walk to beach. Unit was clean, and kitchen well equipped. Refrigerator in one bedroom did not work, and shower in master needs tile cleaned. But overall, the condo met our expectations, and we had a very enjoyable visit.

OIB Getaway

We absolutely loved our vacation and the condo was perfect for our family and met or exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the beach was only a 3 minute walk and the deck overlooking the ocean was a great place to start the day with a cup of coffee or to wind down with a glass of wine at the end of the day. The kitchen was a good size and the rooms were large and well furnished. The unit was clean and well stocked with what we needed. OIB Summer Vacay

Location of property was great. Had a slight issue with checking in and getting the room cleaned by 5 but the problem was handled and the location was clean. Did have a mini fridge that didn’t work. Rental pricing was more than I would spend in the future on this property.

Condo was very convenient to the beach and we enjoyed being on the top level. Beds weren't as comfortable as we had hoped and bedding is due to be replaced. Check in (one hour late) was the only negative experience (seems our unit was the last to be cleaned). Overall, we enjoyed our vacation at Ocean Isle.

Amazing!!! Will book again.

The house was gorgeous, roomy and in the best location! We had two teenage boys, a 7 year old, a set of grandparents, my husband and myself. We all felt comfy in our rooms and private bathrooms. We didn’t want for anything - everything was furnished. Views of the beach were beautiful and the breeze on the spacious deck was fantastic. The elevator was an added bonus for my father with mobility issues. Linens galore and super comfy beds! I think this was our best beach week ever. Great communication with the owner, who was even willing to go the extra mile to ship back something significant we accidentally left behind. You can’t go wrong with this amazing rental. We will definitely book again. Thanks, Joe!

Pleasant Stay

Overall the stay was very nice. Location and club house was very nice. The only negative was the showers. The pressure was very low and the shower heads were small. There was an issue with a smoke alarm and a leak under the kitchen sink, owner was notified. If it wasn’t for the showers, it would have been an A+.

Awesome, Spacious Condo

Five friends have an annual beach trip. We have become very fond of staying at Ocean Isle, and discovered this condo on VRBO. Some of the reviews were a little negative, but we're glad we chose it. It was very roomy (each bedroom has it's own bath, and it has a nice view of the ocean (even though it's not ocean front). It's so convenient to the beach that we decided next year (if we're lucky enough to stay here) we don't need to rent a golf cart. We highly recommend this one!

SCAM: DO NOT STAY HERE

I want to start out that we’ve been coming to OIB for 25+ years and absolutely love this family friendly beach! We’ve stayed in a variety of houses and condos in this same complex countless times and have always enjoyed our stay. This year, however, was very different. It began with a very late check in of 5:30 which is late in the day compared to most ( not a huge deal), but if the owner has all day to clean and prepare you’d expect it to be clean, WRONG! The overall condo was dirty. Sand still left on the floors, dishes were dirty, and overall bad smell in all of the bathrooms. Okay, not my house and we will only be sleeping and showering in it so we will get past it. The problems kept coming only hours into our trip. MANY repairs need done to this place. Baseboards are rotten, laminate and trim coming up, broken toilet paper holders in all bathrooms, broken lamps, mold, musty smell throughout, dirty kitchen pots and pans, back doors were rusted and didn’t shut or lock appropriately, and the most important… NO WATER PRESSURE AT ALL! Only ONE shower works at a time ( 2 showers can’t be running at the same time, there’s 4 total in this unit). You can’t even run a sink while someone is showering which means we all had to come back each day early to shower and get ready for dinner taking away a lot of vacation time. We contacted the owner the first day to report all of this and he did not return our call. He finally returned our call the second day and was not concerned. After taking the issue further, we took the issue to VRBO where a case was filed and they helped us contact him again. On day 4 a plumber was sent where they told us this has been an ongoing issue and not only did 2 valves need replaced, but also the entire water heater which couldn’t be done while we stayed. During repairs, the whole condo building lost water due to the plumber needing to work on these long standing issues. The owner was contacted via VRBO and still did not reach out to us. When we decided to take matters into her own hands in contact the owner, he said he was unaware of any issues previously and that no one had ever complained which is a bold faced lie due to previous recent VRBO reviews. In the end, VRBO helped us get a refund and we decided on one unit that we will never rent again. I just feel bad for the next vacationers staying here!
