Stunning Mid-Century 5-Bed Home with Pool/Hot Tub
This newly renovated mid-century modern home is nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just across from the Bakersfield Market Place, a lovely shopping and entertainment center with everything from a cinema, restaurants, grocery shops, boutiques, banks, and a yoga studio. 
The house is centrally located, just 10 min from the main highway and 15 min from downtown.
This home is a perfect spot for families, working professionals, and groups of friends looking to have a rejuvenating stay.
This house is a split wing layout, with the master bedroom on the right wing and the 2 bedrooms + convertible game room with 2 murphy beds, and a shared bathroom on the left wing. Upon entering the front door youâre met with the main living area with an 82 inch screen TV with a beautifully vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. On the right is the dining area, and on the left is the game room. The kitchen and nook area is just adjacent to the living space on the right near the back end of the house and the garden and pool area at the back.
Guests will access the space using an electronic key pad at the front the door.
Lovely, quiet, classic neighborhood, great for early morning walks.
The space has a 2 car garage parking that will be available for guests as well as a driveway. Walking, biking, or driving is recommended for this area.
The room with the 2 murphy beds does not have a door to separate it from the rest of the house
Booking guest is responsible for all guest/pet damage(s) to the interior/exterior of the property during the stay. Confirming your booking is confirming knowledge of this rule.
NO PETS are allowed.
Pet Fee - occupant will be required to pay $400 if evidence of pet on the property without approval.
NO EVENTS/PARTIES - evidence of event or parties will be subject to a $400 fine.
Smoking Fee - occupant will be required to pay $500 if evidence of smoking (ash tray, smoke residue, smell of cigarettes or weed, etc.)
Intentional obscurity of security cameras - Airbnb has a strict policy that all disclosed security cameras are not to be intentionally obscured or blocked off for any reason. Security cameras are available at the front door and backyard, and cannot record any activity within the house. Intentional blockage of these cameras will result in a $500 fine (ie: placing a plastic bag over it, standing directly in front of it to block activity etc.)
Bodily Waste Fee - occupant will be required to pay $400 if evidence of human bodily waste is found on the property.
Quiet hours - 8 pm - 8 am
No eating/drinking in bedrooms. Water is acceptable.
Furniture is not to be rearranged.
Guest agrees to pay damage(s) to property that occur during their stay
Basic Cleaning at Checkout - expected basic cleaning prior to checkout, counters should be wiped down, all used dishes and cups placed in the dishwasher, please run the dishwasher on the "normal" setting (pods under the kitchen sink), trash and recycling placed in trash cans just outside garden access from the garage, leave beds undone, used towels placed on bathroom floor
