PET STAYS:
We are a dog friendly house with the following Pet Policy:
• Approval and non-refundable $150 pet fee per pet must be confirmed prior to your stay
• Pet not allowed on furniture or in pool
• Pet must be fully house trained
• Pet must be completely cleaned up after
• Pet must be leashed at all times when not in fenced area
• Pet must be crated indoors when not home with pet
• If barking becomes an issue during stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
• 2 pet per stay
• If it is determined that a pet was in the house without prior authorization an additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged and guest will be removed from the premise immediately.

DURING YOUR STAY:
• Renters must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by parents with valid driver’s license and be present for the duration of the rental period.
•No parties or events allowed.
•Maximum of 8 adults.

PARKING:
• No street or lawn parking allowed
• 4 cars maximum can park at this home. Please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
