This comfortable condo is on the 20th floor with ocean front balcony.
Enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the ceiling to floor windows in the living room or step outside to the large covered balcony. outdoor pool, kiddie pool, lazy river, fitness center, hot tub and direct beach access. Just a short walk to shopping and dining. Covered parking deck, free parking.
Condo is on the 20th floor
We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. Both resort gate and condo are controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message. Resort is accessible 24/7 So don't worry if you are running late.

Free Parking deck address is: 2503 Withers Dr. Note the parking deck has a different access code with the resort building gate.

Please note there is an ongoing water outfall project near 24th Avenue North, which may result in some construction noise during standard working hours. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to improve.


We would like to inform you that the Lazy River at Carolinian Resort will be temporarily closed for replastering and water flow repairs from April 12th through April 24th

We just spent the last week here and had a great time. The view can’t be beat and such easy access to the beach. Very clean which is of utmost importance to us. Janet was super responsive and helpful. Will stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in Myrtle Beach! The place was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and had a gorgeous view that made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was just as we hoped for, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy our vacation.What really stood out, though, was the host. The communication was unbelievable! Any time we had a question, the host responded incredibly quickly and was always helpful, friendly, and accommodating. It made the entire experience so easy and stress-free.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Myrtle Beach getaway. I would definitely stay here again. Even though we lost hot water on our last night. But things happened. The view to the beach was awesome. Kitchen did what it had to do. Everything was clean. I would definitely come back here and stay. Maybe next year the host was easy to contact.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The room was equipped with everything we needed. The condo was nice and clean. The host was amazing and answered all questions I had in a timely manner. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had a small hiccup with finding the parking pass, but the host was very responsive and helpful in helping us find it. The unit does have 4 beach chairs, a couple umbrellas, and a boogie board to use for your beach time. They came in very handy and saved us money on possible chair rentals. The view is great and the location is pretty central for Myrtle Beach. We would definitely stay again.

Entire place was very clean the host responded quickly with all my needs the beach view from the 20th floor was truly amazing and beautiful the kitchen had everything I needed very clean I love the fact they had provided ice in the freezer we wanted ice but didn’t want to go get any after a long drive. Recommend to any couple that time

First off great communication with the host. Responded quickly and super kind. The condo was great perfect for what we needed. Check in and out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We were there for a cheer competition and it was close to the sports center. We loved the quick access to the beach and the pool options. Everything we wanted to do was nearby. This was our first time visiting and we definitely want to come back and we would stay at this same spot again! Thank you for a great experience.
