With a spa on the back deck, comfortable furnishings, and an unbeatable location, this two-story mountain retreat is perfect for family getaways or weekend escapes — just a couple of hours from the city.

Inside, the open floor plan creates a welcoming space for entertaining or relaxing after a day on the mountain. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook meals at home, or you can head out and explore the many dining options nearby in Big Bear.

Step outside and walk to Snow Summit’s chairlifts in the winter, or enjoy hiking trails through the San Bernardino National Forest year-round. In the warmer months, you’re just minutes from the lake, where you can enjoy boating, paddleboarding, and lakeside picnics.

At night, explore Big Bear’s Village with shops, restaurants, live music, movies, and theater, or simply unwind in the spa under the stars. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, golfing, or simply relaxing, this cozy mountain townhome offers everything you need for a perfect Big Bear getaway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at a Snow Summit Townhouse. I wish I thought about staying here years ago. This is really the best location for lift access and parking. This unit is at the midpoint of the complex, but not too far from the Snow Summit entrance. The kitchen had everything thing we needed to prepare our meals. The best part was having a private jacuzzi. One minor issue was the upstairs being cooler than the downstairs. But that didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay.

The Jacuzzi was amazing and very very clean. I loved sitting in the rocking chair and watching the snow fall. We will definitely be booking this townhome again. I did notice the coffee maker wasn't working properly, but no big deal.
