Newly remodeled poolside basement studio apartment located on a 6 acre small horse farm. 3 minutes from Hwy 75 near downtown Acworth, Woodstock, Kennesaw, Emerson and convenient to all north Georgia activities. A great place to relax and enjoy this amazing property. Retired couple will greet you and show you around for a great experience. Private entrance, sleeping area, king size bed with new luxury mattress, common area with TV, bookcase, games, and two couches, kitchen with microwave, toaster-oven, hot plates, Keurig coffee maker, sink, refrigerator, etc. and private bath with shower. Outdoors, find a fire pit, swimming pool (available in summer), walk the beautiful grounds and see the horses and small donkeys in the pasture or in the barn.
Please note that our family and church family might use the pool on certain Sunday afternoons/evenings.

Amazing Grace is truly amazing.Beautiful place and wonderful host.If your going to the area for BB its very close to Lake Pointe and was very close to the other fields we played at while there.Great area.I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if we're in the area and if its available.

Great place to stay if you playing at LakePoint

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. If you’re coming to play at LakePoint, this property is close to everything and the pool was refreshing after playing all day.

The property was as advertized and was perfect for our situation. It was a 16l5 minute drive to lake point where our baseball games were and a 20-25 minute drive to the Braves game. We had a great time playing in the pool and the hosts were outstanding.

House hunting

We stayed to help our daughter and her husband look at houses in the area. We had a great stay although we mainly just slept there. The hosts we exceptional. Will stay again if we are in the area.

Our hosts were wonderful! Left coffee, breakfast items and snacks for us. The space was very comfortable with the most comfortable bed. We loved meeting their horse, donkeys, and dog Maggie. We will definitely stay there again.

Last adventure before senior year!

My son and I stayed here for our last travel ball tournament before his senior year begins. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and atmosphere of Mr. & Mrs. Wolf's home. They were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this VRBO if you want to be close to the action but in a quiet area!

Wonderful stay

We loved staying at the Wolf property. They are both so friendly. Teri greeted us and was even so kind as to leave us some salty snacks as well as a cheese, crackers and fruit tray. Such a wonderful surprise! My daughter absolutely loved the pool! The property was secluded and peaceful while being very close to all the action. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay for local tournament Close to fields but away from noise David and Teri were wonderful hosts, very welcoming , friendly and helpful Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again Thank you for taking such good care of the family!! Unbelievably peaceful!! Clean. Great Hosts. Very accomodating!! Would recommend 10/10. The pool was lovely and very convenient right outside the door of apartment. There is not a traditional stove but plenty of appliances to cook on. Fully stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. Towels were provided. A gas grill is also available for use. Full size refrigerator.

Amazing Grace...so peaceful......

The property was a beautiful oasis for rest and relaxation. Once you drive down the driveway, you're transported to a peaceful farm/property. The owners welcomed us, left many snacks in the apartment for us, were always readily available but also gave us our privacy during our stay. We enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful patio and swimming in the beautifully kept pool. The horse and donkeys were sooo cute. I wish we had more time to spend there. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. My son loved the roll out bed and the king size bed was super comfy too... a little high up to climb in bed easily, but once we were in bed, it was wonderful ❤️ Thank you to the Wolf family for their amazing and gracious hospitality ❤️

Beautiful Country Oasis

David & Terry are very gracious hosts. Terry and I had a few really nice conversations. I felt very safe staying in the basement apartment by myself. They left several snacks which was a nice touch. My son had a basketball tournament and just ended up using the pool with me a couple of times and we had so much fun. The couple does live upstairs and use the pool, but I just communicated with them when I wanted to have time for just my son and me. It worked out great. 4 for cleanliness only bc it's in the country and there were some bugs inside. Otherwise, great people, animals, apartment and pool area. I would definitely come back! Location was very close to Lakepoint Sports Complex and all of the venues for his tournament.
