Right on Main Street in Kennesaw! Close to many different trail systems, restaurants, and activities.

Plenty of driveway space for parking. Car or Uber recommended for getting around, although we are very nearby grocery stores, restaurants and trails for hiking.

Along Main Street in Kennesaw. This is a busier road around work hours each day. The house is further back from the road, but you may hear some traffic from inside.

House trained dogs that are pre-approved are allowed. Backyard is fenced but has some holes in fence. Pet fee is $15 per night per pet. No puppies allowed. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Dogs must be supervised when in the backyard and may not be left in the backyard unattended. $75 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after. Pets must be pre-approved or a fine of double the pet fee per night ($30) will be applied.

Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we do allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.

Minimum $250 fine will apply for evidence of smoking inside the home. Please smoke away from any open doors & windows.

-Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.

- An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.

- Guest agrees to complete a third-party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.
