Forget your worries in this spacious and serene place. This sweet studio loft has everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle, yet is only a short drive away from the city for people looking for the best of both worlds.

This little getaway is located on a small 15 acre farm with a hillside trail that leads to Kellogg Creek and Frog Beach on Lake Allatoona, perfect for swimming, fishing, exploring or just relaxing on the beach.

This private studio style apartment is upstairs above a garage art studio in a non-smoking building. It features an open floor plan, that sleeps 2 people on a comfortable double bed. The small kitchenette has a k-cup machine, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster-oven, stove eyes -and many utensils for basic cooking needs.

There is a deck overlooking the pasture where you may see fireflies, our favorite Great Horned owl hunting, and deer grazing in the summer evenings. In late fall and winter you can see Lake Allatoona shining through the trees. The lake is a short 5-10 minute walk down-hill through the woods (est. 750 feet from the studio and a moderate climb). It connects to a narrow trail through the woods next to Kellogg Creek.

The apartment has a private parking pad and a private entrance. Below it is a small art studio - hours the studio may be in use are 10am - 5pm: No-one will be in the entire building other than VRBO guests at all other times.

Located 3 miles off I-75, we have room for your boat, and Harbor Town Marina is a short 1.8 miles away.
