Fully stocked for vacation, this is a great home-base for your Pacific City adventures and beyond. The home is on a narrow stretch of land between the ocean and the Nestucca River, and features river views out the back, and ocean views in the front. The upstairs bedroom has a cozy look-out bench to watch the river go by and all of the eagles, pelicans, seals, fisherman and everything else that hangs out in the Nestucca Estuary.

Layout: Multi level home. Garage entry on lower level. Lower level has 1/2 bath with laundry, and bedroom with 2 double beds. Sunset Avenue is a quiet street located between the Nestucca River and the Ocean that stretches south from the middle of Pacific City on the beach, and leads directly into Bob Straub State Park. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the oceanfront homes. Also off of Sunset Avenue you will find what is commonly known at ?The Boat Landing?, which along with a boat ramp is one of the best fishing holes in the area. Certain times of the year, you will find fisherman catching huge spring and fall Chinook Salmon.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
