Welcome to Sequoia Poolside Escape!

The clean, comfy interior will have you feeling right at home while outside you’ll find a vacation resort oasis! Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, pool, covered patio, and only minutes to downtown Visalia!

The Space
This well-appointed space has all you need for your Central Valley stay. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, indoor and outdoor dining, and sliding doors to the sparkling pool. Propane BBQ Grill and fire-pit make for the best dinner nights. With three bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, this home has it all. Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage. No Garage Access at this time. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway. There is plenty of street parking as well.

Guests have access to the entire home, backyard, and pool.

Things to Note

The pool is NOT fenced. However, we have an alarm for the pool on the sliding door, we ask that you leave it on. All swimming and sunbathing are done at your own risk. If you are traveling with children who don’t know how to swim, please keep the doors locked at all times. All children, even those who know how to swim, must be supervised at the pool at all times. This house may not be used to host pool parties, or any other parties, at this time. Pool can be used year-round but it is not heated.

Do not unhook/detach the pool sweeper. Do not throw rocks in the pool.
Do not place any items in the pool besides appropriate ones, such as pool toys

Neighborhood

Only a 3-minute drive from grocery stores and 9-minute drive to downtown Visalia! There you’ll have restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips! Our downtown features a movie theater, cuisines from around the world, live theater, farmers markets, specialty and boutique shops. The Convention Center and Kaweah Delta Hospital are also located downtown. Centrally located, the home is only 49 minutes from Sequoia National Park, 2.5 hours to the gorgeous central coast, and 3+/- hours to San Francisco and Los Angeles.

House Rules

1. Communication is key! Check-in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 6. There is an additional guest fee of $20/person/night after the amount of 4 guests.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, fire pit, etc.) and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. We'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Be a good neighbor! Please park the correct way on the street and don't block anyone's driveway. Keep quiet hours in mind. Thank you!
