Great Location!
The condo was in a great location and near several restaurants and shops. The community was well kept, quiet and provided beach access. The unit was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning in the future.

The condo decor was beautiful and place was clean. We have enough space for over 6 people. Great view of the pool and we could even see the ocean through the window. Perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again!!

Lovely updated interior, super comfortable beds!
We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Point Condominiums #1314. The condo is comfortable and clean, and the condo association has a lovely pool/hot tub/outdoor area. Note that you do have to pay extra (it was $10 per person in the winter season) to use the pool, etc., and upon arrival, you need to go to the central office to get wristbands/parking passes. I was surprised to find that the condo didn't have much in the way of basics (no coffee filters, no hair dryer, no non-mixing bowls), but overall it is a nice place.

The place is super cute. It really does need some extra cleaning and maintenance. The shower drained slow, no dishwasher, crappy toilet paper and not enough. The king bed needs a new mattress, as this one has dips where people sleep. I have never stayed at a place, Evan a rented condo and not had any salt or pepper in the kitchen. The view is nice, the parking is great and the elevator is a life saver.

We have loved this location for years. The condo itself was ok, but the property rental company has some room to grow in customer service. The first morning there, we shared that there was no can opener and the shower door was so tough to slide it took an adult to help. They responded that a can opener "was not a listed amenity." Who knew a can opener is an amenity, not an essential item! Also, the 10am checkout with no late check out option was annoying. This is the earliest of any VRBO we've ever stayed at. The price was fair, but we'll pay more next time for these little things.

The our condo was covered with pet fur white in color long breed. Other then the pet hair the condo was clean and nice inside. What wasnt enjoyable is the fact that my family and I went to a condo for our family vacation rather then picking a hotel for our stay to have more room to move around and to enjoy peace and quiet but every day we had working men doing construction work right underneath us from early morning hours to late evening hours and we thought ok we would atleast get a break on the weekend, but absolutely not the case. No vacation naps happened on the bright side the condo was nice we stayed in, the pool onsite was nice also, we did have to pay extra to use the pool per person which wasnt noted either before booking and the renovations going on was told but AFTER the reservations were made and I had already paid. I will definitely call before my next trip just to make sure this doesnt occur again. Padre Islands was a great time 2026!*

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re glad the guest enjoyed the condo’s comfort, the onsite pool, and their time on Padre Island overall. We regret, however, that pet fur was found in the home. Our housekeeping team has been notified to ensure more thorough inspections between stays so future guests arrive to a clean and well-prepared space. The construction mentioned is part of an HOA-managed project, and although we notify guests in advance as soon as updates are provided to us, we understand how the noise impacted the guest’s experience. We appreciate this being brought to our attention and will continue to communicate clearly and work with the HOA to minimize disruptions whenever possible. We hope to have the opportunity to truly impress you in the future.

Nice condo, bad service from booking company
The condo was nice. Master shower is too small! The pots in the kitchen are cheap! The ceiling fan in the living room did not work. Pool was great but had to pay $20 additional per person to use the pool. The elevator was not working and it is not considered an amenity!! The pool manager was very helpful and staff at HOA was nice. However, the Vacasa staff was rude and unhelpful when I called!!!

Place with problems
The balcony furniture with view of the courtyard was the positive. There was dust in the corners and on the refrigerator. The master bathroom had a sewer smell. The lamp in the living room had to be turned on and off by plugging and unplugging. There was to be a hairdryer—there wasn’t. There was to be Netflix—there wasn’t. Only the three broadcast channels and those didn’t work the last night. The checkout instructions requested the dirty dishes be put in the dishwasher and the soap was there to do so. There was no dishwasher. The available laundry facility in the garage was like walking into a ghetto.

We're disappointed you didn't contact us, as our team would have been happy to address your concerns with the TV and hairdryer. The Smart TV does have Netflix along with other apps and a hairdryer has been added to the home. We shared your comments with the local manager who inspected the home and assured us that there is no sewer smell and any dust has been removed. Additionally, the lamp was missing a switch and a new one has been ordered. We're sorry for any aspect of the shared laundry room that was not to your liking and the online listing has been updated to remove a dishwasher as an amenity of the home. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to better impress you on your next getaway.
