This villa located in Seascape Resort features a perfect location with private beach access and features a quiet, remote location! This villa features a more private vacation so you dont have to worry about the elevators and crowds associated with a high rise condominium. This villa sleeps 4 with a master bedroom featuring a queen size bed, and a queen size pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom and living room. Condo comes with outside unit coin operated washer/dryer, wifi, and cable TV. Guests booking through our website also have the option for Pack' N play rental. 

Seascape resort amenities include: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

I loved that everything you could possibly need was provided even down to a mini face mirror. Dishes, utensils, hair dryer, floor fan. I will definitely consider this for a future stay.

Trip for daughter’s birthday

We loved this little condo!!! We were able to hang out on the back porch and play games in the evening while the kids played football and threw the baseball out on the grass! The neighbor upstairs was very friendly and didn’t complain about us hanging out and playing music. The grill was right there and was great for grilling burgers! Communication with the owner was easy and we will for sure be back!!!

We love Destin and Miramar Beach

Great we have stayed twice at these properties. Once at an owner who is a friend and did not rent his out but at the same location in the golf villa, just a different unit. Only disappointment we had was the size of the bed. We love a king size and only had a full size.

So true that once you've stayed at Seascape you want to keep coming back. Good point that if a renter prefers a king bed, you will not find my QUEEN in the bedroom and QUEEN on the sofa to be adequate. It is important to read the details under Amenities on the listing.

Uncomfortable

The bed was like sleeping on concrete with a hump in the middle. The pull out bed had Doritos in it. There were questionable stains on the ceiling. The small was horribly musty. We had to stay here while waiting to close on our home and it was an absolutely horrible experience. We got no sleep and sore backs.

Perfect little condo in a great location!

It was perfect for our family of 4. The beach was amazing and super easy access! We loved the beach so much we didn't try many of the amenities. Only hiccup was entering. The listing did not have the physical address just states Villa 32B so they would not let us enter. They wanted me to contact the rental agency. Finally the line of cars got long enough they gave up and let us enter. We found the condo without a problem so unsure why they had such a hard time understanding where we were going. Overall definitely more than we expected. We would return without question!

Beach vacay

The place was in a nice area and convenient to everything.... The place could have been cleaner as it had a musky wet animal smell .. In all fairness it is an animal friendly rental, which we appreciated bc we brought our small dog...Since it is animal friendly lots of dog poop around the condo bc people are too lazy to pick up after their dog... They do have doggy clean up stations around the area that even provide baggies ...Towels and sheets were musty also, like they were still damp when folded... Also when you turned the air on it made the smells worse .. The fridge and freezer smelled super fishy...I’m very sensitive to smells so that’s one of the things that bothered me the most... All in all it was a good time and another great vacation ... Thank you for allowing us to use your rental!

So sorry about the musty smell. The condo was closed up the condo and empty for 3 months due to Covid. That is likely the reason for the pervasive mustiness. Thank YOU for cleaning up after your dog. Others have taken a vacation from their responsibility. "Be the change you want to see..."

Quiet relaxed stay in a Golf community

Nice clean comfortable condo tucked inside the golf community out away from the noise of the main road. Pet friendly place. Our cat seemed very relaxed in his new environment too. It is nice that you can drive within the community to the beach parking lot within the community, cross the road and hit the beach. It would've been really nice to have a washer/dryer inside the unit, but there is a coin operated set under the stairway in the corridor between the condos so that would work in a pinch. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was great having all the bug screens on all the windows so we could leave the windows open and enjoy the fresh air instead of needing the AC all the time which worked just as well. Also nice that you don't have to deal with stairs. The neighbors were friendly although not absolutely diligent about picking up after their pets, but that is no bad reflection on this unit, rather a minor pet peeve with the other guests/residents. Great communication with the owners. Very helpful and attentive. Thanks, we would definitely stay here again and do recommend the place.

hard night

We like the property,it was nice but the hard bed was not good,we slept on the couch which was not much better.I have been coming to the destin for 30 years.that was the hardest bed to sleep on.

Cute little condo! Terrible above owner neighbor!!!

The condo is a cute little place. I did not care for the fact I needed to empty all trash cans and take out strip all sheets and put in pillow cases and put in hallway along with dirty towels and put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it.To me that’s what the cleaning fee I paid is for. But besides that there is a tenant owner at the above condo who is a drunk and and is loud as hell walking or stomping across the floors all night long and moving furniture around at 1:00 am in the morning and then she threatened my grandchildren that were staying at the condo building next to mine and my grandson staying with me telling them they can’t ride there bikes on the grass and telling them she was going to take their bikes away and call the police and security! and they didn’t listen to her and she did call security on 2 eight year olds and a ten year old. And they are aware of this women and told us yes the kids could ride on the grass right around the condo. So I would never rent this unit again because of the above tenant owner!!!!!

I do think it is a fair point about stripping the beds. As soon as my cleaning staff can get more cleaners, I can eliminate that step. Right now they are hard pressed to get several units finished in the allotted time on those Saturdays when they have several units. I regret that you had a dispute with neighbors. Just as in our home neighborhoods, I hope that all parties can talk and listen with courtesy and civility. I would not be able to discern who provoked whom from a distance.

Perfect for us 3

This villa was perfect for our stay. It is a short distance from the beach. The area of the villas was so quiet and we enjoyed watching the golfers each day on the golf course. We also enjoyed the restaurants and shopping that were located very close to the villa. I highly recommend this villa. We hope to book again for next summer.

Relaxing getaway

This condo at Seascape was better than described! We’ve stayed in other condos at Seascape, but this one was the best we’ve stayed in overall. Great location in the complex- very private. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. I loved the way things were labeled, for example, electric switches, so you would know which switch goes with what. We will definitely want to go back and stay here again!

Great stay with a lot of communication

We had a great time at this property, it was great for the two of us! We had a little hiccup with the air conditioning where we had to go 2 days without but Mary Jeanne and her husband were extremely communicative in getting it fixed. We loved the area and all the pools. We walked to the beach every day. Would love to return!

Beautiful place

We loved our stay here! Beautiful and convenient location. Mary was very helpful and communicated well with me the whole time! She has a very nice neighbor upstairs that we enjoyed getting to know too! Everyone at the pools were all friendly too and my kids made friends for the week! Our only confusion was that you cannot use all pools within Seascape. There are select ones that you can get into with your bracelet. We got a circled map from Ariel Dunes though that let us know which ones and that was very helpful!

Stay

Very nice property and area on golf course. Only two bad things I have to say is no washer and dryer in condo have to go outside and pay to use them and the A/C ran all the time. Would shut off for a few minutes then back on again and was loud.

Thank you for the feedback. It might appear that the thermostat function was set to "Run" instead of "Auto". In any case, a tech will come for a AC tune-up in a week.

Great Stay

Our stay was great. It was just my daughter and I with our little dog. Check in/out was super easy. I only used the coffee pot, fridge and microwave in the kitchen and they all worked great. I liked having a vanity outside of the bathroom. The golf course view was nice. Though to no fault of Mary Jeanne, other neighbors were smokers so being allergic to smoke we couldn’t enjoy the patio much. Also, no fault of Mary Jeanne but the upstairs neighbors dog seems to roam free at times and doesn’t get cleaned up after but again Mary Jeanne's condo suited our needs very well. When maintenance was being conducted outside, Mary Jeanne called and texted the information and apologized. It was a nice stay and we enjoyed our vacation and 1st time in Destin and Miramar Beach. Thank you Mary Jeanne.
